North America Unlimited is available as a $5 per month add-on pack for Canada and Mexico. I had to go into 2 stores to get all the answers. We have 2 lines and were charged $10 even though only one line is needed. Once that was made clear, we were STILL OVERCHARGED due to timing of billing cycle. Our billing date is on the 18th, I will be in Canada from 15th to 22nd. I will be charged $10 for my line (not $5.00 per month advertised) because our week is in between billing cycles. This is NOT a calendar month but based on a billing month. 1st charge is from 15th to 18th-$5.00. 2nd charge is from 19th to 22nd-$5.00. Total of $10 for use from 18th to 22nd-not $5.00. When I 1st joined, I had an iPhone 6 and had tons of dropped calls. I asked the team and was told MetroPCS does not support that phone. It would have avoided a lot of inconveniences had they told me from the start. We paid $80 for 2 lines-other name brand carriers are offering less- time to shop around...

Brenda has helped solve complex problems several times over the years I've been with Metro. She is the reason I come to this store, above others. Having been a college teacher, I can attest she is bright, attentive, empathic, effective, and patient. She could be a teacher as well as a manager in any similar setting where customers come in with problems and she guides us to smart solutions, right on the spot. I always leave uplifted from her wise service.

Please do not accept offer to purchase a phone via Smartpay. I was told it was a way to purchase a phone over a period of 3 months and my checking account would be billed. Today I learned I was actually leasing the phone instead of purchasing bit. BIG RIP OFF!!!!
