“Had to get blood work done. Smoothest blood work I’ve ever had, didn’t even feel the pinch. Was well informed and treated with lots of care. Thank you Anita!!!”

“Fantastic city views if you don't cone for anything else. But if you do, the fun inside the science center is 1st class. Tons of hands on activities for kids of all ages including, building rickets, diy musical instruments and logic puzzles. This day they brought out some turtles from the learning lab for some sun and plenty of attention. We arrived in the late morning and closed the place down at 5pm so needless to say we were having fun. We maybe even learned some stuff...maybe.”

“We were recommended to go through Technical Safety Services to make sure that all of our equipment was properly calibrated, and everything’s been running smoothly. We’re very pleased with the stellar service we received from this company.”

“I have tried more than a few places to find good ketamine trouches and valor does the best. They are always consistent. I don't know what the problem is Werth the other compounding shops but they just can't do it like valor.”

“Excellent site for doing research. Googles street view tour is also nice. Trainings and bagging are required to gain access. Go to Blackberry Gate when arriving to get your badge.”

“Loved the experience at this LabCorp. Chanel and the receptionist were hilarious and very accommodating. I walked in right as they were about to take a lunch break, and she managed to squeeze me in. I was very appreciative and out within 10 minutes.Highly recommend this location, but try not to be like me and walk in just before their lunch break!”

“The lab was very efficient. The staff was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I made an appointment and was taken at the time of my appointment. I highly recommend this lab, I had blood drawn at another lab which was nowhere near as efficient. Thank you John you did a great job.”

“I was a walk-in on Tuesday, October 10th and I couldn't believe I was in and out in 10 minutes. The lady at the front took my test orders and directed me to the kiosk to check in. It took all of 30 secs. She asked me to take a seat. A minute later this pleasant young lady asked me to wake a seat in a booth. I told her in full disclosure that I hate needles, but we need to get through this. I looked away and felt a rubber strap around my arm and waited for the needle jab. Less than two minutes later she said I could stop making a fist. She had two full vials. I couldn't believe she was finished as I was still waiting for the javelin to pierce my arm. I am going to drive to Albany for all my future blood work. Incredible experience.”

“Agree with Missy G (5/27/21) that they are good with toddlers. Four stars is generous, but this place is better than the LabCorp places that I've been to and much, much better than Concentra also. What's great:Three-year-old Jenbert Jr was not traumatized by this event. Matter of fact, she said at bedtime that she's grateful for the "doctor" who drew her blood. Our phlebotomist was patient, made small conversation with Jenbert Jr, and explained what was going on. I don't remember her name, but she was good and Jenbert Jr didn't cry. If I can't get a pediatric phlebotomist, I'll definitely take this one again. Five stars for her. What isn't so great:We had a 10:00 appointment and still had to wait until about 10:20 to be seen. Check-in is self-service at a kiosk where you scan your appointment QR code, your ID, your insurance card, so nothing in the way of customer service. If you have questions, you're SOL because there's no one to talk to except for the security guard (who technically isn't Quest staff). Two stars for a DIY check-in with no customer service. They also seem short-staffed.”

“Daniel Moreno and his talented chefs do an amazing job providing delicious and nutritious food for the Bio Rad employees and guests. I stopped by for lunch in between meetings at his Cafe and was greeted with a variety of menu options. Today's special included a chicken tostadas topped with black beans, avocados, chopped lettuce, Mexican shredded cheese, heirloom cherry tomatoes and mild sour creama drizzle. Outstanding!”

“I had a great experience at this LabCorp location today. Walked in without an appointment on a Friday morning. Kiosk check-in was smooth (ID and medical card get scanned so I didn't have to enter everything manually) then I was called up to the check-in counter within five or ten minutes. Shortly afterwards the lab tech called me and he (Julian? Julius?) was kind and professional. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.”

“Great experience here, particularly with Dr Marinoff is the best doctor. We also like Dr Weiss. They took care of listening to our concerns and work with us to address them, could not be happier and highly recommend them.”

“Quick, friendly, cheerful. Once time, my lab order had expired, and the they pursued it until they actually got somebody on the phone to OK the test so I wouldn't have to come back. Outstanding service!”

“Steephill has never disappointed me. I've been using them for three years now and there's results are always timely and accurate. I've used other labs all over the state and frequently I'm disappointed either in how long it takes to get the results or that the results are inaccurate. Now I only use Steephill.”

“I think it's important to give recognition to these places that people generally don't acknowledge when things go well. I went into the Sutter Health building for my appointment, had my temperature checked and a brief interview by security for Covid-19 precautions. I went up to the second floor and was met by a very friendly phlebotomist that processed me through quickly and efficiently. I departed as she wished me to be safe and well. And that's it - no problems whatsoever. I would definitely return to this Labcorp in the future!”

“The two workers were wonderful. I have a severe fear of needles after a childhood accident when blood was being taken. These ladies were wonderful. Very polite. I'm mostly deaf and they were very accommodating about it. Also, the one who took the blood was very gentle. Only felt the needle barely. And they were very kind and patient about my fear and very soothing. This was today. If their bosses see this (or if one was the boss) they should know these workers are shining examples of GREAT care. Thank you.”

“I didn’t have an appointment but Marilou was kind enough to fit me in. She was so nice. The wait wasn’t too long for a short notice appointment. She was beyond kind, professional, and accommodating.”
