I had to get my Union Pension papers Notarized and made an appointment with Margarita's Financial Dynasty. My Union required me to fill out some tax forms and there were a few questions I had to ask Margarita about my tax forms when she was notarizing my paperwork and she answered all of my questions for me and then notarized my pension paperwork. After using them for 5 years, I am done with them. We are in 2016, and they don't make good use of technology so simple like emails; it takes them 3 weeks to forward an email, three weeks, and several phone calls and text messages. That's not the biggest issue, they did not file properly my taxes, they did not submitted my health insurance form, and the IRS had issues with my 2015 tax returns. Awful communication from all of them. Not well educated, not well trained, Margarita used to be great with communicating everything, now she has like 3 secretaries, and none of them are well prepared to serve customers. It hurts me to write this, because I like Margarita, I believe she is a good person but this is the truth, and us as customers deserve better. We the hispanic people tend to look for hispanic tax preparers, well this is not always the best option. I will look somewhere else, you should do it too.
