“Came here for a LiveScan fingerprint background check. Scheduled an appointment online, was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Recommend calling ahead to let them know you're coming in (I went half an hour before my appointment time and they were happy to serve me). Fingerprints sent to DOJ and results in 15 minutes. Super nice guys and very satisfied. Would recommend coming here for LiveScan! They're also the only location open on Saturdays in the area.”

“I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”

“The only thing I really use UPS for is returning Amazon packages now and then and I've been to this store a couple time and got in and out relatively quick. There's never been a line here that I've seen, not to say it doesn't happen because other UPS stores I've been to always have long lines. But so far so good. “The manager and staff at the store went above and beyond to help us with a same-day urgent printing for the wake of a dear friend of mine. We had tried to get it done with four other printing stores in Berkeley and North Oakland prior to going to the Berkeley gourmet ghetto UPS location, and none of them were able and/or willing to help. There were some technological challenges both getting the file to the store’s computers, and in terms of the specs for the printing, and the manager and staff took all the necessary time and found creative solutions to work them all out. It made a huge difference to my friend’s family to have the beautiful booklet to be able to treasure, and to pass out at the wake itself.”
