First off, let me just say, it is so refreshing to have an actual person on the phone for once. I must say the staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable.
I called with a few questions about different policies and quotes. The agent Dana, that helped me was very kind and patient. She took the time answering all my questions and made sure I didn’t need help with anything else. It was a was truly a pleasure speaking with her.
I wish more customer service was like this. With every good customer service I know there’s definitely an awesome boss behind them. I will be referring my friend and family here for sure. If you’re looking for an insurance company look no further. I hope your experience is just the same. ?”

Drove down to find a line half way around the building. Found Bossa Nova listed as a partner on the DMV website. They took care of me in 15 minutes (And fixed a title issue - signature on the wrong line). No DMV Hell, easy parking, fast friendly service and reasonable pricing. “I'm not an AAA member but I needed an international driver's license (required to rent a car in some countries) and the state department website indicated that AAA is where those are issued. I called the number listed for this branch on the website and couldn't find the right menu option so just pressed 0. A woman answered right away (it might have gone straight to her personal line?) and told me that no reservation is required for this service. When I arrived they took my name and there was only a very short wait before I was helped, everything went very smoothly. I went back one more time for an unrelated reason and once again found everyone very helpful and friendly. Thank you!”

“I came in twice for separate DMV/smog/registration issues on two different days. Ginger and a few other associates were all extremely helpful in getting me a temporary operating permit and one day moving permits when needed. They explained in detail how they work and what they allow, made sure I knew how to use them. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
