There used to be the colored tag sales on Sunday, this particular location does not have any sale days or special promotion days. Smaller store but still variety in items, the cost is quite high for used clothing. Around 10 dollars per clothing item in different categories, excluding children's clothing. They had older Xbox games for $25 each, non collector games. When they have jigsaw puzzles, $5 is a bargain but otherwise alternative stores are less expensive. And you will be asked to leave big bags and backpacks up front when you go inside.Side note, they do have an automatic door for wheelchair users but unfortunately when people donate items they tend to block the only accessible dip in the curb for wheelchair users (in front of the store) to gain entry . There is a donation spot in the back of the store specific for donations.

Prices were pretty high, when asked what colored tag was on sale management responded "we don't do that here" Absolutely destroying those in poverty who rely on thrift stores for clothes.

I'm all for a shop that resells good clothes and they do just that. I came here to drop off a donation of some clothes and they took them. I really appreciated this. I got my ticket and left. It felt good to donate and I will do it again.

A lot of ugly clothes & things. Not just that but pricey for a 2nd hand store. For example jeans are $10 & jackets are around $20. You might as well go to ross and dds , its about the same price, but a least those stores have new & pretty clothes!

I frequent all the Goodwill stores in my area, Richmond, Albany, and Pinole(?). They're all heavy on clothes and light on household goods, furniture, and the like. However, they are all pretty well maintained and clean. Goodwill seems to have raised all their prices recently and I think it's a bad idea. I can buy brand new stuff on sale at Target or Walmart for comparable prices and I can return it if I change my mind. Considering Goodwill can't even try to sell all the donations they get in their stores (they sell pallets of stuff to flea market vendors and the like), I'm kind of put off by paying $20 for a used jacket.

Honestly would have given a higher rating but some of the stuff there was over priced some even more than what was priced on eBay. Maybe I got unlucky but I was a tiny bit disappointed.

I used to love goodwill because of the unique finds and affordable prices. As of recently the prices mirror regular retail prices. A vase for example marked for $7 costs the same, brand new at the Ross across the street. Several times I’ve walked around the store and heard employees come up with their own prices for items. I needed a cooler and found a decent one without a price tag, the employee just randomly thought of a price and charged me 13$ for it, I looked up the cooler online and they go for 20$. Another issue I have is the return policy. All fitting rooms are closed so you can’t try anything on. So if I was to buy it and try it at my house and it doesn’t fit I can’t even come back to return it. They just expect us to donate it back so they can make double profit ? I’m really bothered by what’s happening at goodwill. Donations should be affordable and for everyone.

Like these people. They were polite while telling us that we were dropping stuff off after hours.

I did not take the time to shop since I came to donate. I found out that donations are only accepted 10a to 2p, but thank goodness one of the staff was willing to accept my donation. ?
