My experience was very unpleasant, I sent a box. Bound to Mexico from Richmond. Ca. It turns out they charged me $266.04 dollars. In any moment . They told me that when the person was delivered, when you received it, you had to pay 199.00 dollars more. It's a big BOO. The cost was close to $500.00. My recommendation is to look for other shipping locations with less abuse. The thing is that I will not stay with my arms crossed, I will look for a way to get reimbursed. $199.00. Station. I must have been lucky or timed my visit right--I was the only one in line and was even more fortunate to have a very professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient employee who completed my transaction in a timely and informative manner. Sorry I didn't get his name but I think it was something along the lines of John? He is a definite asset to the company, as was another stellar employee I had the last time I was there.Going by the reviews it seems like people went on busy understaffed days.

I felt bad for the guy working here by himself at 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon. There was a long line of at least 5-6 people just waiting for him to get to them, and I can't even imagine the amount of pressure on him. He was polite and moving as quickly as he could. The 3 stats is not for him. It's not his fault. But I do blame Fed Ex for leaving him out to dry like that! It's not fair. And I know people probably feel anger or frustration toward the person working, but really, as long as he's doing his job to the best of his abilities, it's not his fault that he's in that position. He did help me out and scan my QR code (since the machine wasn't working and if I had been I could have gotten out of there in a couple minutes) after me waiting in line for 20 minutes before "printing a book" for the lady in front of me. I can't even imagine how long I would have been waiting if he refused to help me until after she was done. Also of note, the parking lot here is tiny and a total nightmare. People were double parking and blocking people from getting out of their spots. I was happy to get out of there when I did!

FedEx headquarters, get this lady some help over here! She is doing a great job, but it is ridiculously slow. I waited about 20 minutes today in line just to do a " happy return" waiting on one customer. I would give it one star, but she actually does a good job and is working hard, but FedEx needs to do something and provide more staffing support. will not go back

Terrible experience, absolutely rude. After walking into the store the employee was extremely rude to an old woman. I walked into the store ten minutes before closing time and the African American gentleman told me how rude it was to come during closing hours when I was there 10 minutes before the stated closed time. I apologized to him over 5 times and he said "sorry is not going to cut it." He couldn't shut his mouth about how rude I was to come in the store during closing time and wasted 13 minutes of both of our times when he could've helped me with my package which would only have took 5 minutes at most. He was extremely rude and I have never experienced something like this in a Fed Ex before. That guy needs to calm down and relax.

I don't usually complain on public business, but this FedEx always has the worst customer service, clerks are always in a bad mood! Like they do a favor to you by giving you their service.

Absolutely worse location/center. Poor attitude. They act like they are doing you a favor. Parking is a mess and even worse when their own truck blocks the natrow entrance. Needs a complete overhaul from personnel to location.

It is so unfortunate when customer service is sorely lacking. Yes, FexEx has reliable and quick service. However, this store's workers are extremely ghetto and unprofessional. This is your job. I am not a rude customer. I come in, I say hello, I pay, and I say thank you when I leave. When I encounter good customer service, I tell the workers, offer to tell the manager, or offer to send in a survey. Yet, to be met with utter rudeness, major attitude, and aggression simply because I'm standing in line or you've had a bad day, is unacceptable. A sign that you should not be working with the public or any position involving customer service. I have since stopped coming here. I can take my packages elsewhere and print elsewhere. Patrons and customers beware.

I would put no star if there is a choice. Aaron sent the wrong file to their printing center and did not delivered as promised. Aaron is also rude, he asked me and another client to wait outside for 5 minutes in cold freezing weather while he could just ask me to wait inside. I still have not gotten my print two days afterwards.
