Suzette Mirasol the bank manager helped me set up a new account. Suzette is vey helpful and fixed several issues in my account, which required her to coordinate with staff at another branch. Appointment was at convenient time, office was brightly lit, and Suzette checked details thoroughly and explained them clearly.

I was here today and the Bank Manager is very helpful , even if it's too busy she manage to smile to everyone and help on there needs. Highly recommended. Look for Suzette Mirasol bank manager .

I opened a new account in June 2021 and I have proof of the coupon or offer document they sent to my home address.It says account opening and maintain a balance of $15,000 for first 3 or 4 months and i will get $300 reward.Til this date I didn't get a reward. I personally Went to bank and bank manager told me to wait.. I called customer care and they said I opened my account at the branch not over the phone.. branch manager should take care of my grievance and go and speak with them.It’s February 2022 and I still didn’t get it. This bank is a fraud. I do not recommend Citibank to anyone.I went to bank last Saturday Jan 29th 2022, I asked them I want to withdraw my money and close the account, nobody asked why. They told me to come another day with appointment so they can have cash ready that day. No customer service whatsoever.Nobody including manager, teller and another person at the counter asked why I want to close the account. Such a bad customer service.I wish I can give -1000 stars..they need to do better.. learn all over again.. Banking, customer service, performance of contract, breach of contract terms.In essence, what happened was a breach of contract .. that $300 was a offer given to me for opening a new account and they never performed or acted according to it.Breach of contract.

Worst bank! My ATM was stolen about 3 weeks ago so they gave me a temporary card, that now has expired. I have bills to pay, but they said, " oh, we're not issuing temporary cards any more. You should receive your new one in the mail in a week." So now I have only cash to pay for bills. Oh wait, the bank has my money and I will have to stand in line there any time I need cash to pay for bills. And then stand in another line to exchange the cash for money orders to pay for bills paid visa USPS.

BE CAREFUL! The big Latin girl with glasses stole my deposit! Her name is Elianna Ceja. I gave her cash and she walked away to count it. Then she told me wrong amount I had counted myself! I told her it's wrong. She recounted it infront of me this time. Why didn't she just could it in front of me in the first place? She still works there! Now she is just a banker, not a teller. I have not received credit! I was robbed by my own bank!

Do not go to this bank do not waste your time...bad customer service and long wait times. I have 3 accounts here and i presented my payroll check to the teller with my citi bank account card and she said i couldn't cash it because i had no id....but i have 3 accounts..i presented my citi card account im sure it shows my social and my divers license info because i presented it when i opened my accounts..they said if i wanted to depisit no id needed. Smh...dont wast your time

These ATMs never work! I get these stupid messages making it seem like my account is the one with the problem. The lines are too long inside and if you try and use the ATMs they just don't work. The exterior of the CitiBank ALWAYS has garbage debris blowing near the entrance and smells like urine. It's disgusting!

I been there to open account for checking with atm I met Ms.Glenester Irvin personal Banker. I am an Asian so my English accent doesn’t fluent she is very friendly and try to explain all information that help me a lot. I really appreciate her help and thanks for CitiBank to have such a professional quality employee. I will refer to all my family’s members to open accounts here. thank you so much
