I have had so many bad experiences with other beauty salons and I have spent tons of money trying for someone to achieve what I want without damaging my hair. I have also lost so much hair in the process because I had to keep cutting my hair to get rid of the bad hair after treatments. And then I found Carmelita's and what these ladies did was amazing not only they color my hair the exact color I wanted and that other previous Salons told me I couldn't do, but they also didn't damage my hair. I am so happy with my hair. I literally had teary eyes because so many other ppl burned my hair in the past and weren't able to accomplish the color I wanted. Angie you were wonderful. Thank you for your art you did a wonderful job.

I regret my 4 hour visit to this salon. I went home with a feeling of dissatisfaction. 1. Their customer service is poor. 2. The place is a mess. 3. My hair got cooked like a noodle, not only the lady who dyed my hair, didn't pay attention of the time my hair was processed with the toner/bleach, they have been taking in customers in between so I felt like she forgot that I am there waiting. I have spent $330 just to ruin my hair. Had to redo it myself with a $10 hair dye from target just to cover up their failure. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had an appointment for 1PM. The 2 ladies there both had clients when I arrived but finished within 20 minutes. They went to buy snacks from the corn man instead of assisting me. It was 1:30 and I still wasn’t helped. A lady arrived at 1:40 claiming that she had an appointment and they sat her down immediately. I called a beauty salon down the street and took my money elsewhere. Ridiculous! Super rude customer service! They don’t deserve your money or time

Some of the staff members are very rude especially the owner and the other lady who is her relative. The customer service should be more courteous and friendly. They just look at you No smiles no Greeting just a plain face. That’s sad because customers are the ones that keep the location open in the first place paying customers are what makes the place to stay open.Seems like the establishment need some updates as it is kind of outdated and can be cleaner.But what really stood out was the poor customer service really.Service: Haircut

I went in to bleach my hair and color it but came out looking a mess. My hair started falling off because of how much Carmelita fried my hair. She's money hungry and terrible at her job. The staff is so rude. Had to cut all may hair off and grow it out. Do not go here unless you really need to as a last resort. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke.

The employees are so unprofessional. They will promise you they can achieve a certain level of blonde but in reality they can't (and they know it) but still bleach your hair and do not care if they fry it off. One of the ladies did not even know how to braid hair and left it so terrible.

I am sitting in my car almost in tears because what I got wasn't exactly what I wanted. I sat in that chair from 10:30-5:30 with no bathroom break and no food. I did get water offered but I was just over the wait and in pain. Frankly, I think the young lady was way over her head with my hair job. I wanted a simple hair dye job and yes, the result isn't horrible, but it's more purple with white roots than platinum blonde. She said that it should fade into my desired look but I'm days away from vacation and here, in my car realizing that the $300+ charge for mediocre work was not worth it. They seem like great people, I just got a young gal that probably didn't realize how extensive this was going to be. Carmelita did come and save the hair but barely scraped by.
