This lady DOES NOT listen. She pretends she knows what she is doing but she has no idea how to cut layers. I told her numerous times that I did not want short hair to please leave my hair long and in layers. She did the opposite of what was asked and left me with short, messed up hair. I almost cried after the haircut and I have not worn my hair down since. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted and the haircut wasn't even close to what I had asked for. Now I have to wait until my hair grows back so that I can go to a true professional. I am just mad at myself for not reading these reviews before I walked into this salon! This is definitely the first and last time I come here.
