“A friend who routinely uses Collison Craft through his company referred me to Phil. I have a limited edition Yellow 2015 Crosstrek that gets excellent care and maintenance. The car incurred some minor front end damage. The quote and turnaround time ended up being right on the money. The actual body work and paint was even better! “This store is amazing. I had to jump my battery that I bought last year, and went into the store to buy a new one. Jose at the counter informed me (after I bought the new one and brought the old in) that the battery I had was still in warranty and qualified for a free swap out. THAT is customer service. He could have just as easily been happy making a sale but he went the extra mile. I have NEVER had an issue at this store, every time I go there, it has been a great experience. Even when the lines are long they reassure customers they will be with them ASAP. Even if you're not in San Pablo, go to this store. The customer experience is worth the travel as they are one of the few stores who still care.

Great service at a reasonable price. Imorana (sp?) is amazing. They worked with me on timeline and understood when I said I wanted bumper and paint done separately due to pricing.

“I can't tell you how wonderful it was to deal with these people today. I went to another O'Reilly's near Elcerrito Plaza, and they completely blew me off. It seems like every question. I ask them they didn't have an answer for you just said no.. So, on a hunch a drove to the other O'Reillys where the old Safeway and CVS was, and they were truly a delight. They were quick to help me solve my problems and we're just all around. Pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend going there for your automotive needs or just to have a nice chat .”

“Bought a new car battery from them, Way cheaper than Orielly and auto zone. Customer service was really good, they have cheerful employees and more bodies ready to assist you, rather than barely 2 people at the more common places like I mentioned above.”
