Please note that my rating doesn't reflect my overall experience at this bank, just my appreciation for Mr.Lopez's assistance. If you are in a rush beware... incredibly understaffed branch. I guess one worker called out and someone was taking a break during the rush, at a very inopportune time. Personally, I think it should be better managed and that they should have 2x as many bankers available.”

“Suzette Mirasol the bank manager helped me set up a new account. Suzette is vey helpful and fixed several issues in my account, which required her to coordinate with staff at another branch. Appointment was at convenient time, office was brightly lit, and Suzette checked details thoroughly and explained them clearly.”
