There are really skilled people working in this salon and they show care and patience in dealing with the customer’s hair. I am not too sure about the products they use but it never showed any adverse effects on me.

I tried this salón for the first time today to get a root touch up and Gisela did a great touch up . She is so professional without me even asking her , she blow dried my hair and added some products that made my hair so soft and shiny. I will definitely return.

I really love coming to this salon. My friend recommended it to me years ago and I shared the place with a cousin of mine and now we all come here and see Karla. I'm always happy when I leave, she is always realistic with me about what can be done to my hair and she listens to what I want. It took my ages to find a place I feel comfortable getting my hair done since I had so many bad experiences in the past. I really enjoy coming here and couldn't be happier!!

I had my first visit with Karla tonight and I love my haircut! I've been trying to find someone who can help me with my natural curly/wavy hair and she was great. She came highly recommended by a fellow curly girl and she lived up to the hype!!

I've been looking for an realistically priced yet reliable haircut option in the Bay for a few weeks now, and finally found my go to place here at Xcaret! Tania (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) went above and beyond in helping me, and she was super patient with my super long, thick/full hair. She even offered to style my hair after and always made sure I was comfortable and happy with the progress. She was super sweet and did her best to understand my Spanglish as I mainly only understand spanish. Tania gave me long layers and thinned out my heavy hair. I left the salon with healthy ends and a subtle blow out. I feel amazing and will definitely return!

It was AWFUL. They ruined my nails and hair. They cut a lot of my hair off even though I didn’t ask (I asked for a trim). The lady was so rude. I kept telling her what I wanted and she insisted on still giving her opinion and doing what she wanted. It’s my HAIR and she still did what SHE wanted. Like WHAT?? Don’t go there and save urself. trust me.Service: Hairstyling

I highly recommend this salon in Burlingame, CA. Staff is kind, patient, helpful and most of all, talented! Especially Carla. I have only colored my hair twice in my life and each time, she has been the one to do so. I leave my hair appointments satisfied and happy. My mother recommended her to me and I drive all the way from San Diego just to get my hair done by Carla. If you are in the Bay Area, I would suggest checking Xcaret out. They also speak Spanish!
