Walgreens is a place to refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty products, and print photos. The pharmacy has specific hours, operating Monday through Friday from 8am to 9pm, with varied hours on Saturday and Sunday. This location has a large parking lot, making it much easier to park than the downtown location. The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. One customer noted that an employee was super helpful and guiding, assisting with using coupons for the first time without making them feel guilty for taking up time, which was very grateful. The pharmacy provides COVID-19 vaccines. Appointments can be made, and according to the register, you can go to the pharmacy any time on that day. The vaccine was available for free through a project, which is beneficial as the original price is high for someone without insurance. The pharmacists are accommodating; when a CDC vaccine record was forgotten, they provided a new vaccine record to add the information to an app later. One recipient noted usually feeling mildly sick after the vaccine but this time only having a headache. Sometimes the pharmacy can seem a little slow, but that may just be impatience. Otherwise, it is described as a normal Walgreens. Customers can get prescriptions, shop, and use photo services in a convenient location with ample parking and generally friendly, helpful staff.
I had a terrible experience at the photo section. The manager, Erika, does not seem qualified to be in that position. In my opinion, she acts as if she can do whatever she wants simply because she is the manager. There are so many one star here for a reason.

I called the pharmacy to check if my prescription has arrived, the male pharmacist who picked up the call has really bad attitude and no patience at all while I’m being very polite.

Customer service is non-existent here. The workers on the main floor did not seem to undergo any training on how to properly speak with customers or handle routine tasks. Always an unpleasant experience.
