I KNOW THAT Castro Valley store on Castro Valley Blvd. has a lot of Senior Citizen's that live in the area that need the store for Medication Refills, I both the hell out of me, that when I call on the phone It may take 40 mins then the phone will drop, then I call to get a Pharmacy Help only to not say hold on but just drop the call, without warning, We use the phone because to seat in the the drive through for an Hour is not an option when your ill and old. To stand in line for another 1/2 hour to 45 min. Is also hard on your elderly customers Snap to it and respect your Senior Citizen's and remember you to are a senior citizen in time. They should provide a Zero as that is the respect you have shown to me, more than once..ghet a back

Walgreens located in Castro valley ca has many problems: minimal staffing, poorly stocked shelves and, most irritating are the problems in the pharmacy. There are always long lines inside and outside at the drive through window. The staff works very hard to serve customers but are obviously overwhelmed. I have waited 30 minutes or more to pick up prescriptions every time. When calling to refill a prescription I have currently been on hold for 40 minutes! What a shame!
