Did a phone upgrade online, selected this store for my pickup, received my "order ready" email, went to the store, went to the lockers on the left, entered my Verizon phone number, accepted the notification, a door popped open, grabbed my new phone, and left. Super easy!

I needed to replace my phone before a trip. Ven helped me through the whole process (selection, data transfer, case, user testing, iPhone optimization). She was fantastic! She is knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. Verizon should hire more reps of her quality.
