This is one of the better post offices I have visited. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will definitely visit again.

I would’ve give it a zero if there’s an option for that. Super rude Indian lady who seemed not be able to listen to the customer finishing their sentences. She literally asked me to go to UPS when I already have a USPS label. Unbelievable!!!

Had a really nice experience at this post office.The staff Khin was super friendly and helpful. It’s my first experience at this post office since moving to San Mateo. Am really glad that the staff here is so awesome.

Avoid this post office at all cost. There's a middle aged woman that works here and her name starts with a P- worse service ever. She should be fired for incompetent and rudeness !

Worst experience ever. The USPS woman kept chitchatting on the phone for person call and took more than 10 min to finish on one person. Complete disregard of others time.

Excellent and courteous service. My mailing options were clearly explained to me. I came back after I checked with an international air courier down the street after I learned that their options were more expensive.

Worst customer service I've experienced from USPS. If you're able to, go to the Delaware location instead. For a simple refund process (due to a late delivery), I was directed to the Delaware location "where the supervisor sits". There's no ownership of the problem and limited desire to help customers
