First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!

The old White man at this location is rude and unprofessional. On Tuesday this week, he closed the door from 4:20pm, although the branch was scheduled to close at 4:30pm, and he barked at me that he'd only accept my package if I can accept not getting a receipt back!
Again, it was totally unprofessional. Such behavior is unbecoming of employees of USPS!

I don't understand the negative reviews about this store. The owner who others have complained about is the best person I have met in any retail store. I'm sure the people that complained should go somewhere else. It's a neighborhood resource for decades.Stay away assholes so the rest of us can live without your bitching

I always had a positive experience. I don't know why the negative reviews. I find him polite and efficient. Yes, sometimes the line may move very slowly, especially if there is only one employee working.

The main guy who works here is very nice and knowledgeable. He is a little bit slow, but that's just because he's engaging with each customer. Doesn't bother me.

I was a bit hesitant to visit due to the reviews but the man behind the counter was helpful and straightforward. Mainly giving 5 stars for the location being closer than DT San Mateo, Burlingame or Foster City.

The main guy who works here can be very rude. He misread the address wrong but printed out the stamp assuming he typed everything correctly. When I noticed his mistakes on the printer label he said "Maybe you should write more legibly." Uhh, maybe you should confirm you read and typed everything correctly then verify it with the customer to see you got it right? In my experience, all other post offices do that...Coincidentally the customer before me stormed off because she asked what a cheap option would be to save her some money and he didn't tell her one until AFTER she paid for it. He could have saved her $25. She ended up paying $50.I recommend going to a different post office if you want to be confident your important packages are going to the correct address, and not leave frustrated with poor customer service.

Always excellent service. Mike is great. Highly recommend. I don’t know why there are any negative reviews. Doesn’t make sense to me. Been going here for decades. Mike always tries to help me lower the cost whenever possible and is so kind.

Great experience, hardly any wait, safe and distanced well, wears a mask, has plexi glass shields and always pleasant to work with! Also offers tap credit card feature for payment to avoid extra hand contact - much appreciated!

This tiny little place is AMAZING. Yes, they sometimes get busy, but the team behind the counter is always nice, moving fast and totally on top of it. I and a friend have had a postal box here for years, and I use this place for all of my postal needs and shipping. This is so much better than a regular branch! Real community service. They know the regulars, and really help me with our mail deliveries, packages, stamps, and they even have some basic supplies. I don't go anywhere else for mail services, and I thought it was time to give them a great review. They deserve 5 stars! Greatly appreciated local gem.

The postmaster is nice, the place efficient...but why won’t this man wear a mask except around his neck?
