“Pacifica Plato’s Closet! The most organized of the stores with the most welcoming staff I have experienced. I have the best luck at leaving with an item I absolutely love.”

“Me and my boyfriend have discovered this hidden treasure earlier this year around June 2023 and have been back several times. I look forward to buying my treasures here and I love how we just roam around it's also great to simply pay in cash! Lynn also has lay away! I've got my eye on a fur coat! I'd recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind searching for hidden treasures! We drive from San Francisco so we make a whole afternoon trip to other stores and restaurants and come home happy with my little treasures which btw are quite affordable!”

“My first visit here today and was welcomed in warmly. I loved just browsing and looking at all the things. I ended up buying some great shirts and jackets for my 8 year old son. The owner is super sweet and helpful. We'll be back!”

“I came into Vessel Vintage & Thrift a few months ago on a rainy day after a horse-riding lesson in the morning. It was pure luck -- I was just in the area. But I'm SO glad I came in because this shop is so cute and has so many gems!I ended up walking out with a suede shirt and an angora/wool vintage orange Escada by Margaretha Ley blazer. Both are so cute and unique, and I've worn both out already. There were other really cute items i contemplated buying. The prices are not the cheapest (e.g., these are not Goodwill prices), but the selection is curated and well-organized, and the space is comfortable with spacious changing rooms. Overall I would definitely come back again! The items I purchased were great quality.Christina, the store owner, is also so sweet and great. Highly recommend this shop!”

“Tiny little hole in the wall in the heart of beautiful and charming Menlo Park. The clerks have a heart of gold. Affiliated with the American Cancer Society so you're doing a good deed by donating there, or shopping there. The jewelry selection leaves much to be desired. Only the cheaper looking jewelry is displayed, and in a haphazard manner.”

“I have to take a second out of my day to applaud this consignment center. My fiancée and I have now purchased two items, and we absolutely love their hidden gems. Looking at some of these reviews, I feel like we must be in a different universe, because the staff here have been so wonderful, warm, patient, and accommodating. I specifically want to call out the sales associates Michelle and Tiana for helping us find pieces we really love and going the extra mile reaching out to some of their consigners for us. Nowhere that I'm familiar with in the area can you find gorgeous one of a kind original artwork at such bargain prices, but the cherry on top really is the customer service. Looking forward to many years of business here!”

“The Perfect Rose has the perfect unique find for that cool California day. When you're looking for something classic to bundle up in while taking a stroll, (and for a fraction of the price I might add) make sure you stop here. Lovely boutique and even lovelier service.”

“One of the things that sets Utterfield Consignment apart from other stores is the unique selection of furniture they offer. The vintage pieces they have in stock cannot be found anywhere else. From lamp stands to dining tables with chairs to sofas, each piece is carefully selected for its quality and style. The lamp stand I purchased has been standing strong for more than four decades. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and home décor. The selection is top-notch, the quality is outstanding, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I am gonna enjoy my new lamp stand for many more decades to come!”

“I call this the "high end thrift shop". You can find some nice things but kind of overpriced most of the time. I grew up on second hand stores and very aware of pricing. Most people who shop at thrift stores are on a limited budget, like myself. Sadly cannot always afford some of the items due to overpricing. I realize it goes to a good cause but still disappointing since everything is donated after all.”

“This is the best place around here to purchase high end workout clothes in excellent used condition for a reasonable price. I think the owner is nice, I just come in knowing what I am looking for. Other places are overpriced and worn out with piling in the leggings. The first time I came in it was a so-so experience but she was still nice at the check out. They have a lovely collection of shoes and handbags as well. I've found a hidden gem!”
