I was just helped by Jay, who has great customer service skills and was very quick, accommodating and helpful, while at the same time greeting every other customer that walked in. They seemed very busy and the store was about to close, so it’s even more impressive.

The team working tonight was on their way out the door locking up when they offered to open up the register and accept my package. They definitely did not need to do that as they were already closed up.

OMG!!!😱 Terrible
I’ve been on hold over 30 minutes just to make a renewal mailbox payment as I normally do with no problem with Jay that usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
Why would you have a staff person answer a business phone who is incompetent in completing a business transaction. That’s a terrible experience for both incompetent employee and customer on hold over 30 minutes.
Please train your employees thoroughly.
Leadership please do better. This is so unacceptable.

Thank you all! You were amazing and so kind. All the staff were wonderful and quick and friendly. I will definitely come back here to do my business.
Also they did so many things for us. Printing from our emails and making copies. And notary. It was one stop shopping! Especially Jay? And Marissa.

I have never been treated so rudely and all to upsell a few pieces of tape. I was returning two heavy boxes from Amazon. I hadn't even opened them so they were exactly how they were shipped. Dimitri rudely announced that HE (not UPS) would not accept the packages unless they were taped more and wanted to charge me for more tape. He wouldn't listen when I told him that is how they were sent and cut me off to tell me he still wouldn't accept it and then just walked away. Why the packaging job was good enough for Amazon and not for Dimitri I don't know. It would have been nice to get an explanation rather than be treated so unprofessionally.

I do NOT recommend using notary services at this location. The notary misspelled one of our names which unfortunately we did not notice before mailing the form to a govt office in Sacramento. The form was of course rejected, a mistake which ended up costing us more than $500. A notary's only job is to check your ID and validate your name, and he completely failed us. Extremely disappointing situation overall and all they could do for us was to refund the notary fee - a fraction of the cost of his failure.

Services offered are great. Hours are convenient. Location is good. Customer service very accommodating. Great resource for our neighborhood.
