Manny at Trax responded very well to my inquiry...I am retracting my 1 star review and elevating to 4 stars. Still not happy with the warranty company they use but that's not their fault.

Made the worst deal I've ever made in my life here. Sean lied, without telling me, about my income to get me the smaller down payment, he wooed me by letting me take a Saab convertible to drive as they held my car for days "getting it ready" effectively making it impossible for me to do my own recon, go get the car checked on my own, and made me totally unable to return the car under California's 3-day return policy. I'm new to buying cars, and was a little desperate, and I think they noticed that. The 3-month warranty they gave me, I feel, as a secret token of apology, did me no good as the car's damage was categorizable as "wear and tear" even though it broke down on my way up to Washington two days after driving it out of the lot. Be smart with these guys, and don't let them let "their guys" take a look at the car. Now I'm stuck making payments for four years on a Volvo that scarcely goes over 40 mph that nobody wants to work on, including myself! I feel so foolish and can own up to my own mistakes, but I can't say I think anyone should trust these guys. Buy from a private party instead ??♀️

Bad news this dealership is not a good one I bought a car from Many with bad transmission I had to change the Transmission I ended up paying $$14k for it after all it bought from the Auction by Many.. Not a good place to buy..

We purchased a car from this company on June 9, 2023 and I'm not sure I can recommend this place. Yes, I understand purchasing a used car is always a risk, but my expectation is that I'd be purchasing something that won't have issues immediately after leaving the lot. We drove down the street and the coolant light went on, went back and he added some. We left assuming all was good. The check engine light went on so we got an oil change. By Monday, the brakes were making noise, so we had those checked. The car needed new front brakes and rotors. Reminder - we have had this car for 3 days. Daughter took the car back to Arizona and the Volvo dealership looked at the car and there are many more issues.
