I like Trader Joe's for some basics, including frozen penne arrabbiata, hash browns, and maple flavored poffertjes. I also like the fresh micro greens. Easy breakfast, lunch and dinners at a reasonable price.

Sad inventory compared to the other 2 I usually shop at. No wonder there were so few customers. TJs has become a gamble for finding your usual items. So disappointing.

We bought a corneb beef brisket yesterday. It was vaccuum seeled. It looked like a nice piece of the point. Jen soaked it for me last night. The plan was to smoke it. I pulled it out and have never seen such an example of terrible butchery. I will never buy a corned beef from them again. This is not going to cook well.
