One thing is for sure I will always trust Topline to work on my Audi A4. Tim the Front-end Manager is not only a customer service guy but he's a mechanic by trade. So He knew and just took the ball and ran with it. We just bought our 6th car from Zim - going back 20+ years now - this latest one for my daughter. I'm well in my 60's and spent years getting screwed sideways and run in circles by every shyster in the car business - until I met Zim and the Topline peeps. We have a simple rule in our family - Zim is in charge of our purchases, repairs (insured or not) and ongoing maintenance, end of discussion. It is not the cheapest shop in the area, but it gets done right - and thoroughly, from top to bottom. My companies require a lot of time on the road in far flung locations, usually distant from large cities. I cannot afford the time for breakdowns or deferred maintenance issues. My wife also drives cross-country to teach in multiple locations every year, so believe you me, her BMW must be in tip top shape - and safety first - for long distance runs . . . . . which is why we only trust Zim, Val and Tim to look after our cars.

Was looking for a place in the bay area to get my car exterior and interior fully cleaned after just getting back from a roadtrip. Topline took my car in same day, without an appointment. They are super responsive answering their phones and the entire process was smooth and easy. The owner Zim and the entire team is super nice and helpful. I got my car fully detailed and you could tell they were very thorough with cleaning every inch of the car. No dead bugs or dog hair left behind. I am very happy with the results and will come back here whenever I need detailing. It is conveniently located as well! Highly recommend!

My mom's Mercedes needed work. We went to another shop and they couldn't figure out the problem. We went to the dealership and they wanted a lot of money (surprise). My uncle recommended Topline. They were great. Zim was able to repair it cheaper than the dealer. He was good in updating us with the progress of the repairs and worked hard to get us a good deal.

Zim and his team are top notch - I would highly recommend them! I was having issues with my new car (4 months old) and Zim helped me pinpoint what was wrong and get the fix done. I brought my 2017 Mustang GT to Topline for some tire and suspension modifications and it turned out great. Thomas and Tim did an awesome job getting the car perfect! They took their time to make sure it was done correctly and to ensure the car was safe to drive. They even asked me to bring the car back in about 100 miles after the suspension has settled to make sure all of the bolts and wheel alignment are solid. Many service shops would probably not even be aware of this important follow-up step. Topline may not be the lowest price place to have your car serviced, but if you want high-quality craftsmanship and great customer service, Topline is a solid choice!
