“5 stars for all the Total wine stores regarding huge selections, pricing, customer service assistive and friendliness.
1 stare for rewards program. It is one of the most pitiful and least rewarding programs of any retailer I've experienced.
For years I would enter my telephone number at checkout, expecting a "reward" to pop up on the card reader but that NEVER occurred. However, a new cashier recently advised that at checkout, upon customer request, the clerk needs to manually swipe a code to determine the rewards amount. He also advised the reward points expire within 90-days of purchase.
I feel the rewards program taints the store as a data mining program that offers little to the customer in return.”
“I decided to visit this location for the first time yesterday since Whole Foods is nearby. The location was a bit hard to get to because from where I was going, you needed to turn left onto Hillsdale court rather than Hillsdale Blvd. At the store, the clerks were very helpful and friendly. One lady told me what the store's favorites are from their recent tasting as well as the customer favorites. One of the recommendations was spot on. I had a few bottles in mind coming in and checked all the bottles on the Vivino app and was able to narrow down on some bottles. Great store and friendly staff!”
“The owner is very nice and patient. I was buying my first cigar and he recommended many that would suit my needs. I sat in the store for about half an hour waiting for my friend, and the owner was very generous, allowing me to sit in the store while I waited. I highly recommend this place, and the experience made me feel very good.”
“The customer service here is A-1 They are always kind, courteous, inviting, most of all honorable. There was a situation one day, where I gave them too much money, and I hadn't realized, when about to walk out, they stopped me and told me I gave them too much money, then passed me back my money. Their products are always fresh and prices are fair. The shop is neat and clean. I definitely recommend this smoke shop.”
“Couldn't find a glass tank replacement anywhere on this side of the Bay Area, not even at actual Vape specifics shops. This guy had replacements, coils, and everything else you would need in case of an emergency. Great price as well. I had purchased 2 pieces of the glass for the tank and accidentally left one behind. The man didn't realize that the case he gave me was the empty one. Simple mistake, he was so helpful and gave me my other tank. Great business and would recommend to anyone needing a last minute solution.”
“Did online ordering. Took 12 days from order date to receive product with their Id check system as a added step you have to take after the fact. They did however have the item i needed under msrp and under other current available sales around the country and free shipping.”
