Phenomenal experience! I ordered a corsage for pickup two days out. Asked if they could add something so that it could be worn on the wrist in the special directions. Called over day of to ask about pickup times and the person who answered was very friendly and said it was ready at any time. I stopped in and told them my name and they instantly recognized me and grabbed my order. Beautiful flowers as well. Overall wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

Green Fashion Nursery has done it again! They have the most amazing Christmas trees and impeccable service. We anticipate their shipment every year, in order to find a great tree. Last year we left ours up a tad bit later than usual given the pandemic and it lasted from early November through mid January. This year they even have a better selection of very large full trees. They are full, healthy and reasonably priced. We recommend that you go now to get the best selection before they are gone; the word is out about them.Also, they are so personable, take a real interest in finding what tree will work best for your needs and make delivery so seamless. They take great care with setting up the trees in our home. Already, as every year, people can see our tree and are commenting on how beautiful it is.In addition, we bought our sod from them two years ago, and it is a healthy drought resistant variety that still looks great. Everything we have bought from them comes with the same high quality of product and personable customer service that one wants in every business.We can't support them enough as a family owned local business for full serviced nursery needs, and trees that make another pandemic Christmas special.

Corsage we ordered did not look much like the corsage in the photo on their website that we had requested - ribbon and sprigs different quality, no green foliage, used cheap carnations as filler instead of classier flowers in website photo. Roses had slightly wilted brown edges. Even though disappointed, didn't ask for a re-do because we were short on time.

How can I even begin? My husband was sweet enough to send me a dozen roses for mothers day but he made the mistake of using Ava's flowers who for some reason partners with this shop. First off, they delivered 11 roses instead of the 12- when I called they didn't even take the blame saying they didn't know what happened and someone must have taken one? That was their first mistake- the customer is always right- apologize and be courteous- don't act defensive and make the customer feel stupid. While the flowers were gorgeous, they began dying the very next day. Everyone at my office was telling me to call and get my money back - it was truly embarrassing for both myself and you would think for the florist. I did call and they acted somewhat apologetic and promised I would get a brand new bouquet the following Monday. So Monday came and went and guess what- they never delivered a new bouquet! When I called to inquire they said they were too busy? I am sorry but when a customer is disappointed you make it right! This florist is completely unprofessional, full of empty promises and downright rude. Please save your time and your money and go elsewhere.

Great place to get mother's day flowers or any kind of arrangements. The flowers used on my order were vibrant with color and very elegant. The people working were very helpful in finding the style of arrangement I wanted and the mother's day flowers I got were perfect.

Ugly cheap looking flower arrangements every time! Huge disappointment! For some reason 1-800-Flowers uses this florist every time we order flowers online. The bouquets cost a lot of money, and I understand, that we are paying for the convenience. But what they deliver does not correspond to the picture of what you order online. The bouquets are thinner, smaller; they use the cheapest flowers, which are different and more sparse than what's in the picture. Buyer beware! It's a scam!!! Update: We complained to 1-800-Flowers and got our money back. They told us the florist will come to pick up the bouquet we didn't like. They did come and brought a replacement bouquet as a gift with a note asking for me to change the bad review. The new bouquet was still small, but at least was trying to be true to the color scheme in the picture of what we ordered. We tried to not accept it, but the driver insisted. This is the second bad experience with this florist. The first time around the bouquet was twice as small as what it was supposed to be, we even measured it. They replaced it that time too, but it still didn't correspond to the picture of what we ordered. It seems that this business is trying to make money by delivering cheaper bouquets than what people pay for on the website. We will no longer be using 1-800-Flowers.

I wanted an inside window planter box for the live herb plants I bought for cooking. Who would have thought it would be so hard to find? I went to 2 local places who didn't have it, and when leaving, I looked across the street and there were these amazing plants outside. I went in and someone was there to greet to me right away, and immediately started searching the store and offering suggestions. When I mentioned '3 herbs' he found a beautiful 3-pots-on-a-plate window planter which was the right color, size and on sale! I will keep this place in mind the next time I need flowers!

I ordered a dish garden from Ava's flowers which is a 800 number. It was supposed to be a DELUXE DISH GARDEN. I asked if they would put fresh flower in it. I ordered this for someone who was at kaiser hospital in Redwood City. The deluxe dish garden was delivered from Green Fashion Florist. When I saw the deluxe dish garden I could not believe this was a deluxe dish garden and the fresh flowers I wanted was a stem of cheap dasiey. The dish garden was so small. The plants in it were very small. It looked horrible. With all the charges it was $78.93. I will never order from this place ever again. I would not have given it 1 star but this was the only way I could write a review. Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.
