Great grooming for our Maltipoo rescue.
Not certain if they have relocated as of a few weeks ago since there is a new name on outside location signage? Anyone know their status? Owner and 2 other groomers bathed and groomed our pet. Thx Fred W.

They are very good an caring an patient even with walk-ins Arnie just loves you guys an comfortable even on a stressful days he responds better too the staff then Chihuahua's usually do especially when he meets different worker's they've all been nice to him an more patient than i am . Also they seem to always know how to keep him comfortable an coming back. Thank you for everything..

Very nice groomer and very skilled, but was we were rescheduled to a different day from our original scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, which we understand. Showed up with confirmation for our new appointment slot but I was turned away saying that the booking did not exist. We don’t have a whole lot of flexibility in our daily scheduleso for wasted appointments. We will be seeking another place for our dog’s grooming services in the future. Shame, she was so good with our dog before

Horrible experience with this groomers.I have a golden doodle and today was my second time here and every time my dog ends up fully shaved. They keep telling me is because he is matted as an excuse to charge me extra and not spending time brushing him out.Every person that has a golden doodle knows how much time it takes to take care of their fur. Two days prior to the visit, I spent 30 minutes brushing him to make sure the Groomers wouldn't use that as an excuse to shave him, but they did it again.It is very frustrating and I don't recommend this place at all.After picking him up, he was full of hair that was coming out from him. It was overwhelming of how much hair was falling out from my dog!The original price was "starting at $135" and I ended up paying $250. I also wasn't informed that the price got changed, apparently they have raised their prices and no one bother to tell me.When you pay for a service I expect good results. They didn't follow my instructions on the hair cut. If they can't do it, I expect them to call me to let me know so I can decide whether to carry on with their service or find someone else that can. I also expect from them transparency on the prices, which they don't have.Lastly I expect my dog to look nice, not like the job they did to his face, he has different length of hair on his face! ( Erin will say he was matted, but he was not, she just doesn’t have the talent for doodles at least!)Horrible experience and I absolutely don’t recommend this place, specially if you have a Golden Doodle.Apparently they don't know what they do and they will manipulate you to do whatever they want.

Terrible experience.They do whatever they want with your dog, without consulting you.Also it seems like they try to make you pay more.When I when to pick up my dog, they basically told me that in order for my dog to not end up shaved, I have to bring him every 2 months!They never do what you tell them to do, very annoying!Not coming here again! For these prices you can find something much better and expect better results!

My dog needed her nails trimmed and Dog On It Dog Spaw was fantastic! Easy to book. Clear pricing. Easy to find. Friendly staff that was great with my good. Prompt service. Incredibly happy and will definitely use them again.

I regret to say this, but my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Giving it a zero-star review is generous. The senior lady in charge overcharged me for my none well-behaved Teddy ( according to her). While I was there I Witnessing another dog being hurt during a simple nail clipping session and it explained Teddy's unease. Upon getting my dog, I found him with loose hair and poorly done nails. The owner's excuse was feeble, and when I questioned it, she responded defensively. To top it off, she took it upon herself to text my girlfriend, warning against me picking up Teddy due to my perceived rudeness. This establishment is a prime example of atrocious customer service and unprofessional pet treatment. Save yourself the trouble and money - steer clear if you care about your pets. See pics on how uneven the did his hair, my car full of loose hair. DONT GO HERE, she needs to stay home and let someone else treat customers appropriately.. Ps- for you owner, you didn't need to text my girlfriend asking if Teddy was to still go to your shop, he is definitely not and I hope others see this review and save themselves some time and headaches. I paid 170 and your service wasn't even worth half of that.
