The most frustrating, annoying gas station I've been to. Insane that I keep coming back. I've lived in the area for almost 15 years coming here frequently. It seems issues with the pumps are more and more common at this location. The pumps commonly cancel or restart my transactions. At times I feel it's a bit suspicious but luckily I have not had issues with my cards or anything like that. Still, seems like every time I come here, it's a waste of my time bc I have to redo my transactions at least once to pump gas.

The mechanic man was very rude to me from 9 in the morning, I took my car to have it checked for smog and I went at 3:45 in the afternoon to pick it up and they hadn't picked it up yet, then I asked the other mechanic if he would. I could do it and he said that if I put my car behind another man and the other man was so rude that he knocked on my window and told me to get out of it with a bad attitude and I told him not to even hit my window and then they said it's better to go to another one make your place smog that is not good service to your customers you should remove this person he is already a gentleman but he has a very bad attitude with his customers he always looks in a bad mood lying in the mechanics because of that type of people you lose customers because I'm not the only one who has been treated like this

Cashier have a bad attitude. Not all the cashier that work. But this lady always give me bad attitude. I say HI, how u doing? Her response is What u want , hurry up. Sad

Gone in for an oil change with their on site mechanic. Jack placement used to lift my car was put on the wrong place which caused my car’s rocker panel to flex back. Went back and mechanic showed me hot he did it he did lift it on the wrong place. Mechanic didn’t really do much to resolve my concern. Affordable but be weary. Better take your car to a firestone or a mechanic that uses a full hydraulic lift.

Alfredo was literally cleaning the gas pumps that everyone touches, and I have NEVER seen that. You have an employee who truly cares and I hope whoever is his boss sees this and understands what they have.

I needed an urgent smog check and left a message for 4 businesses and Jose called me back even before he opened. He was able to take me at 8:05am.. got the job done in 15min and was so friendly. $58 was totally worth it! Highly recommended!

No propane available. Gas machines operate in slow motion... It will take you a long time to fill up your car. No attendance present... The kiosk is locked and it says closed. So you can't really do anything at this pathetic little gas station.

Well situated nearby the I-280 expressway, this Shell station is clean, has several pumps though it could be more competitive on price. The per gallon pricing was the same here as it was in San Francisco which puzzled me: It's usually at least $0.20 less per gallon in San Mateo county. The pumps also didn't recognize my Shell loyalty number which should've earned me $0.08 less a gallon. I was in too much of a hurry to ask about it especially since I was just topping off my tank. Other than customers, I've never seen actual employees- do they have any? Fine if you're about to hop on I-280 but otherwise, see if there's another gas station close by.
