Horrible customer service!!!!!
Gas pump sales car wash service even when the washing service is out of order without advising client before purchasing.
I asked the cashier for a refund and she refused to refund, my only option was to come back one when then washing service works. I ask when, she had no clue. I am not local, I am from over 100 miles away, just stopped by gas and car washing….
SUPER RUDE CASHIER, UNWILLING TO REFUND THE $9 FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS OFFERED BUT NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL WHO KNOWS..
DO NOT PURCHASE CAR WASHING UNLESS YIU SEE THE TUNNEL RUNNING!!

Extremely poor customer service, this tall Caucasian male was at the register the line was long, I waited in line i was the fifth person in line and all I needed was 4 quarters to use their vacuum there at the gas station. Mind you I waited in this long line and asked the gentleman politely could he manage to give me 4 quarters so I could use the vacuum he doesn't check his register, he looks at me rudely hands on the counter and states "it takes card" mind you I seen that it indeed does take card I already had a single dollar bill and 2 quarters so why would I use my card for 4 quarters when he could have simply just gave me change? Smh then when I replied I don't want to use my card on that machine I just need 4 quarters he says "I can't give you my change" POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I already disliked this location for their prices on gasoline but now I definitely won't be returning due to this unnecessary altercation hire better people !

This car wash is awful and as you can see from all the PREVIOUS one star reviews everyone else agrees! The car wash BROKE while I was inside the machine! The machine said to back up which I did 3 times and it still would NOT turn on. Had to get out of my car INSIDE the machine to go inside the store because there were people waiting in line behind me mad because the machine would not turn on. The manager NEVER even apologized just disappeared and then came back and had to fix his broken car wash. He was rude and now has called me unhinged, so I will be sending a letter to the owner of this location to make sure he has read all the horrid yelp reviews. I will also write him a google review too since the manager said I didn't write a thorough enough review. I'm very detailed and he will now see as I don't want to disappoint ! I need a five minutes aw also I highly recommend the car wash on el camino 5 minutes away- great service for just a few dollar - I'm now going to write their review so please read that one as well! Cheers

Staff is very unfriendly. Had been buying gas here for half a year. One day I left my car for about 10 min during filling. The staff almost jumped on me when I came back, saying no parking here with a nose pouting attitude. But I was buying gas! I can understand Luis (the staff) might have had a long day that day. But his attitude was telling me “I don’t need your business”.

Was the worst car wash ever. It broke down in the middle of the wash and the employees didn't help us get water or anything. They just issued us a refund and sent us on our way. Now we have to find a different car wash. What a waste of time.

Greatly needed edition to the downtown area. It's on Union, but the gas pumps face State Street. Wanted to throw that in there to give orientation because all the streets downtown are one-way. Unlike some other convenience stores (there aren't many) downtown, this one is nice and clean. It's your typical Shell, so you'll find the usual. Yay for Slurpees!! Friendly staff. Nice place to stop for gas or a snack.
