Requested cream samples. The assistant (asian girl) handed me a bag, but upon opening it, the portions were so minuscule that even microbes would ask for more. Hard to comment on this, but the desire to return to this sephora is smaller than those cream samples.

I didn't realise that they were closing when I walked in, but I had a mission so I knew what I wanted and it wasn't a big deal (still felt bad) but they were sweet and helpful even towards the end of their shift.

Very saturated, little stock, which is a bit obvious due to the date after Christmas

awful customer service. the workers were actually vile towards my friend who also works at sephora, extremely rude upon checkout and made my group feel extremely uncomfortable during our entire shopping experience. brought multiple coworkers over and were aggressively attempting to correct one of the people in my party. genuinely the worst sephora i’ve ever been to, will never go back.

Don’t get online orders or pick up from here. I got a birthday gift that was expensive and they sent me the wrong item. Their answer? Oh well. This is coming from a huge Sephora spender.

I went into the store expecting customer service for help buying blush. A team member named Him/Her approached me asking how he could help. I explained what I was looking for. He wound up spilling foundation on my sweater and rubbing my sweater some roughly with alcohol, ruining my sweater. I asked for the manager which got me to an assistant manager with no help, only having a business card for the manger telling me they couldn’t do anything about my sweater. I absolutely Do Not recommend this store. I went to Mac cosmetics where I was treated with the upmost amount of respect where I did buy what I was looking for.

The amount of times I've been ignored here. Usually at Sephora, the workers flock to help. I'm not sure what's wrong with this store.I'd be standing in line waiting to ask for help, but they give me uncomfortable looks like I don't belong in there.

Both the manager and sales associate who ultimately helped me out were very kind, but gosh was the sales associate I initially dealt with rude! She spent less than 5 minutes with me talking about products before getting frustrated that I couldn't quickly make up my mind and very abruptly walked away from me. I was shocked by this and left feeling like I'd done something wrong because I wasn't instantly committed to taking her suggestion? I had to try to find someone else to answer my questions so I could decide on my purchase. I at least appreciate rude girl's honesty in letting me know the mascara samples aren't sanitary due to people often just trying them on without a test wand. Sadly the kindness from the other people who helped me couldn't wipe out the alarmingly poor treatment I received from their team member. It seems based on the reviews below that I'm not the only one who's had poor customer service at this location. Now that I think of it, it isn't just this location where I've had been treated rudely! Okay Sephora, I'm done. I'll be sticking with Nordstrom next time where the sales associates are nice to you!

I keep coming to this Sephora mostly because my daughter loves the mall. Otherwise I find this particular branch to be kind of poorly serviced and sort of gross. I mostly stop into these stores to reality check whether a product feels good before purchasing. A lot of the testers are empty, sticky / unkempt, and my daughter actually asked why the store was so dusty. Remember when you wouldn't think twice about trying on makeup in a public store? Nope I don't either after handling a few bottles here * shudder * The staff here also seem confused or at least not that knowledgeable about the items in the store and needed to spend a long time looking things up just to explain which item was for what. I probably could have figured it out sooner from the website. Overall for a higher price makeup store it didn't feel at all like that kind of experience.

Pros: this store usually as the item I'm looking for when other local Sephora stores don't. Cons: store is too small. They have so many product displays crammed in the small space and it get busy, so there is nowhere to move. They also always have a long line.

Supposedly I can order an item online and pick it up at Serramonte Shopping Center at Daly City, I drove 20 min there and was told it was out of stock.

I love the customer service at this location every time I come. Brenny was so sweet and helped me discover a foundation to use on my acne prone skin. While I had a great time being helped by Brenny. I felt disrespected at this store today and was racially profiled. The loss prevention team followed me everywhere I went and watched every little thing that I did.It got so uncomfortable and bad that one of the workers gave me a cleanser to try out on my hand. The loss prevention team literally watched me struggle to open the bottle, precede to pour it on to a cotton pad and use it. I rushed out of the store at that moment and didn’t want to give them any of my money.I’ve never felt more disrespected and unvalued as a customer. I had a small Disney backpack and my vlogging camera in my hand. Nothing said thief or suspicious activity other than the color of my skin.
