Checking in and out was super easy on a Saturday morning when the store wasn’t very busy. It took about an hour and a half for my two dogs. One of them has a double coat, but they did a solid job getting him as dry as possible. Definitely will go back!

very disappointed at experience from start to finish. went on a Sunday and place looked questionable in terms of cleanliness. communication with receptionist was very unclear as she cpuld not state what each item cost and made it sound like for 52$ my dog would receive all inclusive cut; bath etc when i picked her up she was only bathed and extra cost for gland expression. the you ng women said she didn't have much hair so she didn't get a trim. i expected a discount and had to push her not charging me full amount!! plus place was so filthy when i picked her up. i wont be going back

Love Krissy she’s so amazing with my boys two ridgebacks. They aren’t the biggest fans of a bath and one hates nails clipped but she always makes it easy and seamless. The dogs smell great, feel nice and clean and come home happy. She’s so good with even anxious dogs. She’s patient and caring like they are her own

My only complaint is that Scrub-a-Pup, while close to us, has become way too expensive. I understand the profession is labor intensive, but $100 to trim and bathe our small Shih Tzu is just too much. We had no choice but to drive a bit farther for a much lower price, same quality.

They always do a great job with my tiny terrors who hate any sort of dog hygiene. The real wow for me is walking in, asking if they can do a super tight turn around because of my own poor planning and having my dogs even earlier and still looking fabulous! Super friendly, always do a great job, and never complain even though I'd bet a lot of money my dogs are making their lives harder because they aren't smart enough to hold still next to scissors.

Maddie- is the best groomer! We love her but more importantly, our dog Magnolia, loves her! She’s got great patience with the dogs and is always smiling and cheerful. Appointments are efficient and timely, finishing when she says she will. I like using the app to pay and make appointments.It’s convenient and easy to use. Cost has gone up along with everything else in life these days. But she’s our go-to groomer for our Australian labradoodle.

I took my 2 frenchies there. The young girl told me 1 and half hour...which it was. When i got there to pick my lil guys up, they both had clumps of hair all over em. Like they werent vacuumed off. I asked her if that was their practice, and she just didnt kno what to say...she said she used a hair dryer and a brush. However, their fur was still damp!!! They totally smelled like wet dog. She also cut one of my dogs' faces in 2 different places...to bad i already paid and tipped online before i got there...as they send u a txt telling u to pay and tip before u puck up. I def will not be going back.

As a business owner myself it amazes me that clients feel the need to jump on Yelp to post such negative comments rather than talking to the Owner about your issues. I been coming to Scrub a Pup for years now with my Bulldog and it's always a great experience. I don't Groom her there but use the self wash tubs. Employees are always super nice and always asking if I need anything else. Those that post 1 stars can go take their dog somewhere else if they don't like it here. Go complain somewhere else to others who care. Love Scrub a Pup and it's my go to place to wash my dog.

Been bringing my long haired shiba here for a few years now and Chrissie always does a great job bathing and trimming her. Booking and paying is pretty easy via text, and prices are definitely very reasonable.

I sent my pups for wash, nail and brush out to this place, they charged me $130 including tip, which I am okay with. They are bichon and I understand that they can be a lot of work considering the amount of hair. What I am not okay with them not doing their job and still charging me for it. They washed both my pups but did not brush them out and just dried them which made situation so bad for them, washing them and not brushing them caused so much matting that it took me a week to brush them out everyday and still not being able to get rid of the matting. Not only that, they did not even apply any conditioner or detangler that rendered their hair completely unmanageable. Now on top of me trying to detangle them everyday and paying them for job done in the worst fashion ever, I had to see my babies in so much discomfort And pain and pay so much more money to get them groomed where they go regularly because even after all the effort they were still matted. I will never ever recommend this place to any dog owner who cares for their dogs.

Disgusting! Smells like fish oil, super dirty place. The women that work there are late and unprofessional. They take walk-ins before appointments. For $78 it's a wash and just a trim around the neck and butt! The truck comes to my house for $80, complete groom and super squeaky clean, and convenient. Scrub a pup is gross!

Owner was about as friendly as a nail. $160 to bath and groom my Samoyed and when I returned after calling to ask to have her trim his back paws (never had to ask any other groomer to do that) she couldn't have been any ruder. Didn't acknowledge my wife when she returned to have the paws trimmed and made no effort to acknowledge her once finished. Lady, if you hate your job so much find another career.
