Excellent service. I reqlized I signed up for the wrong course when I got to the manikin hands on facility. My on line test was not showing. Customer service spent 20 min on the phone with me very patient. They walked me through the issue and got me on tract. I was able to complete the hands on CPR. This is the only way to learn or renew CPR. I have been a nurse for 34 years I feel confident after these classes. Thank you

Online course was easy to understand. Instructions during the testing were Easy to follow and areas for testing were reviewed first. I was also given feedback.

Great way to take the class and actually understand the amount of physical exertion you need in order to perform adult cpr! Room could have been a bit cooler on this very hot day though...

Online class was easy. I would recommend doing it on a desktop and not your phone because sometimes it will click the answer before you want to and you’ll get an answer wrong but pretty easy. The in-classroom portion for skill is 100 percent machine generated and voice commands. First time I ever did a provide CRP/ AED class like this.

Street parking only so arrive early to find a spot. Location is clean, safe, but empty, so be sure to read and follow instructions and be ready. Training itself is a breeze and good quality even without personnel physically present (they are on webcam and Skype.)

The registration receipt was resourceful and made the process of finding the classroom easier. Watching the videos on the registration receipt made the process smoother as well, I strongly recommend watching them. I had a good experience and learned a lot.

I liked the option of having a hybrid model. I needed to take a Pediatric CPR course and completed the course, took the survey and then printing out my certificate for the online portion. The next day I received a text message saying that I needed to complete the Optional portion to be certified- which was not clarified in the beginning. After doing so it did not reflect on my certificate. I was told by the associate that they didn’t know what was wrong and to call AHA. Called AHA and they wanted me to take the whole course over. I said that wasn’t an option because in 2 hours I had my hands on CPR class scheduled and I was at work still. After calling heart saver back another associate apologized and we were able to fix it but after a lot of stress and hassle of going through that. We arrive later to the CPR course and we had a hard time with the computers and signing on. My associate’s screen lost connection and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it properly. The instructor never shared her screen with us, so we couldn’t see her. You were able to hear her but not see her. The mannequins had no lights on them to see if you were doing the compressions properly. You had to use a external breather for the breaths instead of doing it with a disposable mask( which things might have changed since Covid) The AED machine had no batteries or pads with it. They definitely could use some fine tuning on their classes. Overall, I would not use them again. Not to mention the class was $140 PP! I expected better for the price.
