We went for some socks but found a number of other things we could use. It's always interesting to see what they have. Of course, now with the holiday season in full swing there were lots of holiday decorations and wrapping paper as well as lots of toys.

This review is my experience from continuous visits in the last one year to the present (2023October)Greeted-at front doorSelection (Men's, Auto, Bath, Kitchen, Utilities, Accessories, and furniture dept.)at this specific location always has been very accommodating, personallyClean , organized, well priced through out above mentioned deptsRestocked or newly stocked items without any selves left emptyCashiers are more aware of the line& will gladly assist with prompt service& a smile W/O the rush feel robot manner and/or "I hate my job" attitude3 Ross store within my reach, i only visit this location for above reasons and not shortest distance to me or just because i want to go to a Ross !My intentions on this review is more for the regular monthly, weekly Ross customer & Not for the occasional or once dropped into Ross customer.?️?

Ross you definitely failed a grandma out with her barely 2 year old grand daughter. I drove from San Francisco to go see the stores at Bridge point. Last stop was Ross. Big store, clean. Toddler selection was lacking. I had in my cart a kitchen size garbage can, a bag from Marshall's and small 2 year old toddler who in her arms was a toy just as big as she was. She was happy about her toy choice. I pay and head out the door but I'm stop by security who tells me I can't take the cart outside! Ok sooooo how do I carry a kitchen size garage can, a bag, a toddler who also had a toy that I need to carry and walk way down to my car. I parked down by the wine store. (Forgot the name of it.) I ask him is there a different cart I can use because I cannot carry all this by myself. He tells me no I said is there someone who can possibly help me he kind a looks around and tells me nothing but stands back at his podium, while I'm struggling to get her out of the cart also, while trying to put in my hands all these things, nobody there, even after I asked for some help did anything but watch me struggle while my toddler was crying I had to walk way down to my car with all of the things and my toddler in my arm, who was crying still. I understand you don't want to lose your carts but there should be some exceptions made when it comes to situations like the one I was in, so thanks for making my first time at your store a memorable one. So if you plan to go shop there and have big items expect to have to carry all of them on your own to your car without a cart.

Better than the San Carlos location (not as big that adversely gives an appearance of emptiness). Newer than the San Mateo location.

I love the prices and Ross has so many items from shoes to home essentials like dish sets and even pet accessories but I didn't get anything because of the line. I tried to wait out the line since I had items I wanted to buy but it's like a Disneyland Ride with the 45 min wait sign. I refuse to spend more time in line then shopping. For this reason I dropped the items I wanted to buy and left again. I've done this the last 3 times I went in the store.

Bright and big store. Its inside a very pleasant, clean shopping center. Parking is easy. Inside the store the ceilings are high and there is lots of space. You won't feel crowded when you shop here. There are a bunch of bright lights and large aisles. Things were in order - if anything much seemed already sold and picked through. If you didn't already find that perfect present for everybody on your list you better get on it fast. Pickings are slim. Certain areas looked to have just the crumbs left. The furniture section for example. Some unusual gifts still available. One example was a gigantic personal flask for alcohol. It was labeled 'cheaper than therapy.' This shopping center is a good one to shop at. Many options. If you don't like the pickings at this store you can jump next door and see what is at Hobby Lobby or Marshalls.

I love Ross. This location has alot of clothing options. It's a very big store and the line was moving really fast when I was there.

It is probably not the nicest boutique you have visited but paying attention and with a little of luck you can find nice brands (Champion, Puma, Under Armour, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger) at absolutely great prices. Happy having discovered Ross.

I love the good prices at Ross but what happened to the shoe section ? For a few months now I have been seeing empty shoe shelves with very little to no selection. I am very disappointed. Get some shoes please! Also some of the clothes looked like someone was in the back of the store with a sewing machine ??trying to make homemade clothes with no experience. LOL ?
