Outstanding service! Peter did a fantastic job managing the process (from setting the appointment to prepping the documents to having the car ready for my arrival). Spencer threw in a rental car, and Proline even returned the car to Enterprise for me. My car was ready within the estimated time window (the early end of it). Most importantly, the work is of extremely high quality. The formerly damaged portion of the car looks brand new. Highly recommended.

I needed a new battery for my BMW, dropped in on a late Saturday morning and Sam got me taken care of. Fabulous customer service, super friendly. Glad I came here for service.

I loved the service I received at Proline Auto. My Mazda3 was rear ended. I chose Proline because of the review and it was also an approved vendor with my insurance. I would Steve (auto specialist) and Lilliana (customer care) They kept me informed at each stage of the process. Every question was answered fully. The paperwork was super duper easy. They were proactive in telling me things I did not know. They also provided help to get home. On top of great service, my car looked better than before my auto accident. I highly recommend this place.

Incredible service! My volt had a scratch on the side and needed a door replacement as a result. Christy worked diligently to offer me a great price on the repair, all the while working with enterprise and my insurance company seamlessly. The whole team was incredibly kind, and kept me apprised of updates throughout the whole process. After receiving my car, they even gave me extra paint for touch ups! Thank you all so much!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! Cant speak highly enough about this shop. Spencer and Christy handled absolutely everything. From dealing with me, to the the insurance company to the aftermarket accessory company. They helped me with the rental car and even offered to get me an uber to pick the car up if I needed. This was a one stop shop for me and I couldn't be happier with the customer service! And I'm hard to please!! My car looks incredible!!!!!

Awesome body shop!! I was recommended to them by Ocean Honda which is where I bought my 2019 Honda CRV, as they are a certified Honda body shop. I was not at fault for the accident and worried about State Farm authorizing necessary repairs to my car which will be a year old on 3/31. Michelle was great when I dropped off the car and promised they would get my car back to the same condition. They got the extra work authorized and the car looks better than new. They also work with the rental car agencies to have the rental car dropped off and picked up at their shop. I would definitely use them again.

Best auto body shop in the bay area. I brought my car here due to my the recommendation of my car dealer. I would recommend them to anybody who would ask me for recommendation. Cristy was the one who help me and it was a very smooth process. I actually don't have to do anything but to give my authorization for them to deal with he insurance . They did everything . I sat down and relax. They even brought me to the car rental made sure I got my rental car help me with my things before we went our separate ways. They also have a great warranty which means they take great pride of their work . Thank you so much Proline for making a bad and stressful situation to be an easy one for me.

The worst place to bring your car!! I totally hate this body shop. They are the least qualified people to do any job on your car. It is almost a year that we are dealing with the problems they caused to our car.

This place is the BEST for auto body work. Everyone was very nice, and extremely helpful. They explained everything they would do to fix the car in detail, worked with the insurance company, even got us a ride home, and offered to set up the rental car. When we went to pick up the car, it looked better than brand new! I could not ask for a better experience, this place is simply amazing!

I'm a customer for life. I had a terrible situation with Safelite that ended up ruining the cover coat on my car. My Subaru guy sent me over to Spencer and he HANDLED it. Spencer found a way to help me get all the dents and dings from past mishaps fixed at the same time so I wouldn't be without my car for multiple sessions. He coordinated with Safelite and with the insurance adjustor and only pinged me when things were stalled. I ended up needing to have the glass redone again (not Proline's fault!) and they scratched my newly replaced liftgate. Spencer worked with the contractor to fix it again AND threw in removing additional scratches that weren't part of any of this. My 2011 baby looks almost brand new. Extras: Everyone here is incredible. They take care of you and they really care whether you're happy or not. The first time a small sentimental stuffed animal was misplaced in the cleaning for a bit. Every other time we've talked after that he's made sure I have my little tiger. He remembered and cared that I was happy. Seriously. I will never go anywhere else.
