The other print shop I had been using disappeared on me, and I needed the business cards asap. Print Copy Xpress was very responsive and processed my order right away. The ordering process was very simple, and it was done in a couple of days.

Highly recommend the team at Print Copy Xpress! We were in a bind and needed extra flyers the day of an event when we ran out. From the time I called them to the time they printed them it only took ~2 hours and the team was super friendly and professional at every step. The flyers looked great and our whole team was super impressed and happy with the quality and turnaround time. John and Emil were awesome and I would 100 percent go back to them for any print needs! We needed programs for our father's memorial service in two days. We also wanted full bleed. Not many companies provide that with that quick turnaround. But these guys not only provided it but went above and beyond with their press checks. They noticed that graphic elements in the digital file did not come out in the printed version. This is HUGE. Most companies that let you upload digital files and approve for print, just run with what you provide (you approved it right?). But these guys went the extra mile to make sure, and called to ask us to redo with differing variations so they could do a test run.We then got it right the first time. all programs were printed, scored, folded and assembled within 12 hours after my last contact. They went above and beyond and we are forever grateful. Everyone marveled how great the program looked. thanks so much to John for working with me. Awesome job and would use them again.

1/3 the cost of Fedex for printing a simple double sided with color. Easy to communicate with, via phone and email. Quick turn around without rush fee. I really apprecaited the good customer service and quality product.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I have been using Print Copy Express for my copying needs for the past two years. The customer service has always been outstanding and highly professional. Over the holidays, I needed special poster sized graphics produced and mounted on foam core board. Emile, their super talented graphic designer, did an incredible job designing the posters and enlarging the art I provided. The finished product exceeded expectations. Each design was unique, with great attention to detail. I also want to acknowledge John, whose response time is always prompt, and customer service always courteous. This is a family run business who take pride in what they do.

Great service! I got a quote online and I was able to pick up my prints the same day. Granted, my order was small but I needed the prints the same day. The quality of my prints were great! Definitely recommend them!
