Suraj knows the details of the home finance process like an underwriter and helps with good guidance to create the originator application file with complete documentation so good at get go! We got to Suraj a little late in our offer process but he ensured that we were still able to close in time! Thank you, Suraj! We will always go to Suraj for our future mortgage needs.

He deserved the best rating!!! He was so patient with us and went above and beyond to make sure that our loan close on time. As a first time home buyer finding a right mortgage loan officer is a challenging task. He answered every question we had and walked us through every step of buying our first home. If you are planning to buy a new house or refi your existing one , would highly recommend Suraj and his team Samar. We are first time home buyers. Four of our friends went with Suraj, all loved him and were dead sure that we should go with him. Right from the first call to the last, Suraj and his assistant (Samar) were understanding, patient and very clear in their communication. Each and every step was explained for its pros and cons. We had the pleasure of working with Sunil and team for our recent mortgage closure and believe me he is pro at this. Although the timing our closure was not exactly ideal, considering both Suraj and his assistant (Samar) were off fulfilling their personal liabilities at that time , he was professional enough to get us utmost attention from his colleague during the first few days and to be honest we were really worried .. but as soon as this A-team is back on the grind these guys just made the process so smooth , we were done with closure in 3.5 weeks. I had a pleasure to work with Suraj for our home mortgage. He and his team were very patient and knowledgeable answering all the questions we had. The rates offered by him was very competitive as well. He is always available and quick to respond. In case of any document/paperwork issues, he prioritized things, worked diligently round the clock so the process moved fast and smooth. He closed our loan in a record time. We put a very aggressive loan contingency and Suraj was able to deliver on time. We moved into our house within 20 days of offer date which is unheard of :) I highly recommend Suraj.
