Hands down, Palm Avenue Motors is the best auto shop I've ever been to. Receptive, accommodating, and friendly staff make all the difference.
There was an instance where PAM could have denied culpability, but instead they graciously fixed the issue. Many thanks to everyone who works there.

I'd never been to Palm Ave Motors before this time and I'd never needed collision repairs before, so I had no idea what to expect. Jeff and Tim were so friendly, informative, and efficient. They made it as close to a "pleasure" as a situation like this could be.
They were super fast and the work was top-notch- the rear of my car looked brand new off the assembly line.
Excellent customer service, excellent turn around time, and excellent workmanship. 10/10.

The staff at Palm Motors are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took time to explain the repairs, the process and what was needed and they were very flexible when I needed to reschedule. I had a small repair, which was done very well, but what really sold me on Palm Motors was the excellent customer service from start to finish.

From start (AAA) giving me the contact info to me picking up my car, the experience was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and high quality. My only critique might be that they over communicated with me on the process of my vehicle, but that’s kind of a silly complaint to make. It’s like a complaining for customer service. It was very helpful. The workers also helped me get further repair on my car through my insurance that I hadn’t thought to ask for. It was wonderful all around and you can’t even see where they did the work on my fender.

I usually don't write reviews, but Palm Avenue Motors is one of those rare gems that you don't come across often that I absolutely have to wholeheartedly recommend. Everything about this place is excellent. The staff here is professional, courteous, and knowledgable, and the make quick work of any collisions that you may have encountered. From handling everything with your insurance provider, to setting up an estimate, and ultimately scheduling an appointment to bring the car in, everything here is done at a extremely efficient and worry-free manner, and Tim especially is great at explaining everything there is to know about the repairs process. The whole staff is super approachable, and will always help answer your questions whenever you have them. Being a small business, they are able to work on your vehicle more attentively, and speed up the repairs process as opposed to bigger, chain, auto repair shops, and I 100% won't be going anywhere else after having worked with them — they're that good!
