There were minor accident marks on the bumper of my car. and there was a small dent that can only be seen if you look carefully. It took three days for them to paint the bumper of the car. When I went to receive it, the small dent was in place. It doesn't matter whether someone else looks with a meticulous eye or not. If you are doing this job, you need to examine more detailed than anyone else. The car was just painted. There was also a new deep scratch on the top of the plate. They were wiped with a chemical. I can't appreciate the work they've done. It's sad to see that they get a price above the market and they can't do a detailed job after 3 days.

On July 1, i found this coupon. I called and made an appointment. I showed up on July 12 and told that they don't honor the coupon. They meant to take the coupon off but haven't done so. They then quoted me $68.99 plus tax for the oil change...a classic bait and switch. Stay away from this business. They are all about your money.

Great service from start to finish. Don and Juan were very professional, helpful, and just plain nice people to deal with. I just moved to San Mateo from years in Fremont and I'm very happy I found a good mechanic! Fixes the problem with my suv efficiently and does not try to price gouge. Thank you guys for your help!

The owner, Don, initially provided us with all of the information regarding the process of replacing the water pump, thermostat and coolant. He was very forthcoming and honest about the parts and cost. His mechanic, Juan, also did a very thorough job of repairing the problem. Thank you both!

We came in with our front seat passenger side window askew, less than an inch open, with a probable window regulator problem.. Palm Motors rolled the window down, but it wouldn't come back up, and in the process they may have burnt out the window motor. Do now I'm left with a car I can't lock up, and the possibility that I'll have to replace the motor as well as the regulator.

After some shopping, we noticed the front end was dipping low and we did not know why. I tried a very highly rated shop inthe area but they did not seem to care at all about anything but their lunch. So we went acrosss the street to Palm motors. The owner had a mechaic come out to thevehicle to look at it and in less than 5 minutes it was fixed. The owner of the shop explained to us that the air shock had a sensor that had come loose. The mechanic just had to push a lever back on and the computer took over and aired it up! We were very grateful and wanted to pay but they refused to take a cent from us. Thank You Don for the awesome effort!

I had a rusted license plate bolt so I couldn't take my plate down and my out-of-state license plate is about to expire. I went to the dealer and an auto body shop and they don't really wanna give it a serious try. I then quoted online and someplace ask for $100+. Given all the excellent reviews here and it's pretty close to my apartment, I decided to take my car to them and give it a shot. Wally was able to quickly fix it under a few minutes and he charged me nothing! I'll definitely take my car to him for future needs!

I love working with these guys (3 times so far). They are extremely honest and have fair prices. Most recently, I had a check engine light go on. He ran the scan for free then explained what each code was. He gave me a copy of the scan and said I could go home and lookup the codes before deciding what I should fix.

Worst experience ever. This is supposed to be an Interstate battery testing location. The only thing they test here is your patience. I was looking to get my rv batteries tested and get them replaced. First thing out of the guys mouth was, "we don't do truck batteries!" so I said, it's not the truck battery (although I saw their battery rack and they have big enough batteries for a diesel) I want to test the RV battery fluids. "I don't do rv batteries." Was the very next thing out of his mouth. Clearly what he doesn't do is work. I hope it's his business because he's killing the owner otherwise. I started to get angry and said, "what do you care what the battery is being used for? I just want the fluid tested!" So he throws up his hands and gets a volt meter. I realize this guy might not be the person I want messing with my batteries. Then he says he doesn't know how to test them because they're hooked up in parallel and tries to hand the voltage tester to me. If I didn't already know they weren't holding a charge I might have taken it from him, but the fact that he couldn't figure out how to disconnect one from another and test them individually sealed the fact that I didn't want this guy anywhere near my batteries. I wouldn't trust him with a clogged toilet let alone a complcated system like two wires connected to a battery. Seriously, if you can get this guy to work on your car for free, don't let him. I took my $800 to Interstate Battery on ElCamino in Rewood City. You're safe there and in the time it took to argue with this guy, they sold me and installed for me the batteries I needed.

New to the area and happy I found this place. They didnt try and sell services I dont really need, which I've run into before so always look out for. Simple oil change was was Fast professional and courteous. They got me in and out before my appointment time. I'll be back when my car needs more attention

Just went to get a quick estimate for my insurance after being rear ended but extremely fast and very nice people working there. I heard good things about their repairs before. I will be returning to get the repairs done soon and will update at that time
