great experiences. took iphone in for a battery and was told the battery was still ok. jonathon changed some settings and that seems to have done it. no charge. 27" imac was slow- they ran diagnostics and determined that the 8 year old drive was out. i paid to have a mew drive put in. all better!

Great service. Called for a question, the person working there was very professional and knew what he was doing. Showed up after the call and he had great customer service. 100 percent recommended.
