The store provides wonderful and extremely attentive service across departments, including the shoe department and beauty counters. It offers personalized services like styling and alterations, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who do not rush customers and make them feel like royalty. Nordstrom has the best makeup artists who provide kind attention and create a fun experience. The store also provides the convenience of in-store pick-up or curbside pickup, along with gift boxes and gift packaging services. Customers report an incredible experience, beautiful memories, and a wonderful shopping experience that encourages them to return.
