“I like Macy's in general, and this is one of the stores where I really enjoy shopping in. It's a smaller Macy's store but it has everything that you need and great selection. Numerous options of clothing, shoes, bags. This Macy's is part of the Hillsdale Mall and that makes it even more enjoyable when you can shop at other stores after you're done at Macy's. I especially like the jewelry department at this Macy's. I purchased unique pieces of jewelry here that I did not see at other Macy's stores. The store is well maintained and is in good shape and I hope will remain open for many many years. I don't want retail stores to go away, they are a great asset in our lives.”
“I always have a great time at this Target. It's very convenient, especially for order pickup. I had a wonderful experience with a blonde girl (I believe her name is Ellie). She helped me bring my order out and quickly packed everything in my car. I ran into her another time when I visited the store in person, and she was my cashier. She kindly asked if I wanted a bag and bagged all my stuff for me with so much care. She got me out of there quickly and easily with a smile on her face, even though it was a busy day, which I'm sure must have been stressful for her. “Massive shoutout to Krishma (apologies if spelling is not correct) who did not try to upsell me despite me asking to purchase a new pair of AirPods Pro. I told her I lost one 6 months ago and she used my phone to look up the serial number and had a replacement in my hand within minutes. I didn't remember on the spot which one was missing and she let me know that I couldn't return one so this would be a bet. I got home with the one Airpod I took a guess about and it was a perfect fit. Almost $200 of savings”
“I have to say after reading the reviews of this store, I was hesitant to go there to have my phone issue fixed. I have a new IPhone 15 Pro Max that had a major issue and couldn’t be fixed over the phone. I walked in within minutes of them opening and Trevor, a manager, greeted me. He immediately took my phone and started working on the issue. Super nice and professional and a great multi tasker. The entire time he was helping me ( almost an hour ) he was checking in other customers and talking on the phone to the Verizon techs regarding my issue. Thank you Trevor for being extremely patient and making sure my phone (lifeline) was fixed. You are appreciated!”
