Ted is a real gem. I went in to see if broken phone could be repaired, it couldnt. Bought a new phone and back crackes, they can fix it. Ted personally does their part and dilligently finds what possible.

Super helpful - actually tried to talk me out of doing the iPhone battery replacement I had come for, by showing me a webpage of battery saving tips. I decided to go for it anyway, and the whole thing was done in a little over an hour. It was easy to get an appointment, and they had the battery in stock already.
