I usually like shopping here to find good staple pieces that are inexpensive and I am pretty quick to look around & find things that I want -- then will try because there are no returns allowed (only store credit or exchange). I came in around 7:45pm, found a few pieces and wanted to quickly try on before I buy it. The girl at the front rejected me from trying them on and said sorry we are already closed (it was around 7:55pm). I get that the store closes at 8pm but you don't just deny service to a buying customer because you want to leave right at 8pm. I put back everything and they lost a sale. I've worked in retail for a couple years before and have never experienced rudeness like this.

Nice saturated colors for clothes and trendy styles means doesn't look like you shopped at the Gap or Cotton On clearance sale rack or are wearing your old clothes from college.Girlfriend loved it

The quality of the clothing is super bad and expensive as well. I was going to return my shirt and since they don’t let you try it on there I had to try it on later, turns out the shirt had ripped before and they didn’t let me return it and didn’t even bother to listen to what had happened. I can say I am not going back there. And there’s no refunds even if you can’t try the clothing there they just give you credits to the store which they didn’t even give me.

They have nice cute cloths some can be overprice for the type of material but not everything some are good their costumer service is horrible theres a young lady and she seems she hates her job and shes very rude and you can barely understand what she says and she mugs alot and when you ask general questions about their store cloths or to help you find something she just stares mugs then she show you what you need with an attitude, it sucks for them I won’t be there shopping anymore because every time I was there Ill spend a good amount ????????♀️
