Good afternoon, I share my dissatisfaction with this company because lately the service is very bad. I have been using this service for years and I do not consider the service good or safe because I got another phone line through my number that I have had for years. Ok, as time goes by, my brother takes the phone that he had bought through my old line, he arrives at this metro store in San Mateo and asks them to transfer that cell phone to his name and they comfortably transfer it to his name, so what can he do? say one of that company is safe or not
