Just saw Andrew again for an A1 service for my car. As usual, he was very responsive and available . He was also able to service it and get it back to me within the same day, with a wash! Price is really reasonable. He's really great and it's clear that he's also very experienced. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Benz mechanic!

This is a long overdue review for Andrew who helped me out when I was in a jam last year. Let me preface by saying I don't usually leave reviews, and I hate dealing with mechanics to the point where I only lease my cars. But doing business with Andrew has made me reconsider that. He's just that good. The tread on my 2021 run flats had just hit the point of starting to get low, and because the Bay Area is pothole galore when it rains, my tire blew out right away. This was in the middle of a workweek so I didn't want to be without my car for too long. Autobahn didn't have the tires in stock, so I called around the usual places, with everyone saying it was going to take a while. I even took my car in to someone who assured me they could take care of it, but ordered the wrong tires, pushed back the delivery time, and then changed their quote and tried to charge me more than the dealership. I found Andrew right after this, and explained how I'd already lost a few days. He took it in stride and got right on it! Got the tires in the same day, and returned my car within a few hours, washed and vacuumed. Instead of trying to gouge me like the other places, he gave me a great deal! The kicker is I was between two brands and ended up going with the one that was more expensive. The difference wasn't much, but after paying I noticed he'd accidentally charged for the wrong tires. When I brought it up to him and offered to make up the difference, he chose, instead, to honor the lower price. That's the kind of class act that makes Andrew stand out. 10/10, I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

I brought in a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. The attention to detail, honesty and advice given was incredibly helpful.. I can’t thank MB Garage enough, not only for getting me in with short notice, but shooting straight with me and ultimately saving me from purchasing the wrong car.Very highly recommended.

Andrew made sure that my C43 amg gets the best service and repairs. Autobahn dealership tried to rip me off with repairs and I trusted Andrew with the repairs and he did the job cheaper and faster.

As a Turo power host, it's imperative to have my cars running in top condition and well maintained. Not only is it important to have my cars repaired quickly to reduce a loss of income, but it's also a necessity for them to be serviced by the best to keep them in peak performance! When my CLA250 needed a complicated transmission repair I searched for a knowledge, honest and transparent mechanic. My local Autobahn dealership service center wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for the repair and pigeon hole me into servicing with them by not selling me the part. (Side note: don't give up and take no for an answer from those dealerships). I eventually was able to buy the transmission module I needed from San Jose Mercedes-Benz *shoutout to Scott Fuller for making it happen. Now, with part in hand...I needed to find me a knowledgeable, no bullsh*t, get it done right kind of mechanic. Someone who can tackle the repair and software programming without the dealership mark ups but with the same expertise and even better customer service. Introducing, Andrew! I found MB Garage here on Yelp. Thank you, yelpers! His 5 stars reviews are fantastic, so I decided to contact him about my CLA. Since his shop is so conveniently located, I showed up at his garage without an appointment and he patiently listened to my repair dilemma and ordeal. Not only did he know exactly what needed to be done, he gave me a soft quote and an appointment for the repair just a few days later. Andrew runs his garage with the upmost professionalism and pride. It's evident in the quality of his work and his honest, straightforward approach. Disregard the negative reviews posted, seems to have been during a time BEFORE Andrew took over the business. As a woman who's business success depends on these Male dominated types of services, I appreciate being treated fairly and not bullied or manipulated. Andrew delivered on his word! Repair was expertly completed on time, far below Autobahn dealership's quote and close to the original quote he gave. Car was washed and the part core was carefully packed for me to return to the dealership for my core refund. He has a wealth of knowledge around Mercedes-Benz and shared many useful bits of information with me to help with the longevity of my car's life on Turo. I have a few MBs on my fleet and I fully trust Andrew's work and MB Garage with ALL them. I guarantee you won't be scammed or disappointed by choosing MB Garage for your next Mercedes-Benz service or repair!

I have been here twice and both experiences were amazingly easy, thanks to Andrew. This last experience was a bit of a journey too.I went to Americas Tires first, to get my tires checked for a road trip. They said my tires were cupping and it might be a suspension issue. I had to buy new tires and quickly reached out to Andrew because I was leaving town soon.Andrew was extremely responsive, and let me bring my car in right away. Once I told him about the Americas Tires fella saying it was a suspension issue, he was skeptical and suggested it may be more an alignment issue. He checked my car out, and checked the fluids and topped some off for the road trip. He said I probably didn’t need new tires, explained why, and even remembered what he did for me last time. Then, he suggested I go to Big O Tires for the alignment, and ask for the alignment specs to send to him to confirm they did it right.When I went to Big O Tires, they didn’t believe it was an alignment issue, but said it was the shocks. When they checked it out, they found the alignment was way off. So Andrew was right! I sent Andrew the specs, and he responded immediately.Overall, out of all the mechanics I’ve done to, I feel comfortable with Andrew. As a girl, I sometimes get a vibe that I might be getting played, but I don’t feel that way with Andrew. He’s very patient and thorough when explaining, and I would 100% recommend him. I learn something new each time I talk to him, and it helps me know how to take better care of my car. He’s my go-to guy now.

Was looking for an independent Mercedes repair shop, since the dealer is expensive. One other shop was sort of hit-or-miss depending on which employee did the work. Then I tried MB Garage, which was conveniently close to my work, I found the shop and owner Andrew to be knowledgeable, competent and professional. Andrew took time to explain problems and their solution, and got repairs done promptly (and even detailed the exterior). I used to do many repairs myself, but Mercedes seems to make it difficult for do-it-yourselfers. If I have to hire it out, at least it's great to feel confident that the work was done properly, as in this case.

Andrew was beyond helpful and impeccably honest. I asked him to do a checkup on my ‘78 Mercedes and he gave an honest assessment concluding that the work that could be done was not necessary even though he could’ve taken advantage of the situation and turned it into more business. He’s also helping me find a trustworthy body shop to paint the hood. Thank you Andrew!!

The MB-Garage is the ONLY place I trust with my vehicles. Especially if you own a G-class, this is the ONLY spot you want to bring your car to.I've dealt with countless of shops all over the Bay Area, including the MB dealership in SF and no one comes close to the level of service that Andrew and his team provides.Andrew (Mercedes-Benz Master Certified Technician and owner) is a true expert and the Bay Area is incredibly lucky to have him around. His expertise, dedication and overall enthusiasm for Mercedes-Benz is something to be admired. This type of passion is paramount if you want a repair done properly, on-time and to the highest levels of Mercedes-Benz standards.I can't thank Andrew enough for his help in saving my G55 AMG.
