Bad experience. The saleswoman only wanted to sell us the mattress without giving us enough information. I can't return or exchange it for another mattress because it was on sale. Now I'm going to pay for something that I'm not going to use and then have to buy another one. I really feel cheated.it actually hurts my upper back to my neck :(.

We went to mattress firm location in downtown San Mateo. Randall was very knowledgeable and gave us information on all our options. We also got fair pricing on our purchase. We will plan on going back for future mattress purchasing.
