Dennis at Ma's autobody is the gold standard when it comes to customer service, quality and attention to detail. Not only did he quote me a fair price, he was able to take my truck in based on my work schedule but I added a couple items for them to do and he still turned the truck over to me on time. This was my first experience at Ma's and now I'll be taking my truck and my wife's car to this business any time I need work done.

I stopped in to ask a question about replacing the grille on my 2015 BMW as it had come with the 3 colored grille stripes which I didn't like. I had purchased new black ones and wanted them switched out. Dennis looked at my colored striped grille and said that the colors were just pop-off covers which I wasn't aware. He popped them off and didn't charge me anything for that. I thought it would be a whole production. He was very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his level of customer service. I will definitely be back to see him when the occasion rises.

After going to several auto body shops to get estimates for minor damage to my Prius, I am so happy that I decided to take my car to Ma's. Their estimate was reasonable, and Dennis was professional and communicative, keeping me informed every step of the way. It felt wonderful to know my car was in good hands; they even washed my car before I picked it up! I highly recommend their work.

Believe it or not this is my first Yelp review I ever wrote. I'm doing this because I had an INCREDIBLE experience. Last Sunday I was stopped at a red light in my NX300 and a truck side swiped me and took off. I brought my car into Ma's body shop on 777 California drive in Burlingame. In a couple of minutes I was talking to Kevin Ma. I asked if he could buff out the point of impact and secure the plastic guard over my wheel. I was expecting a quote of over $1,000. He said it would be $150.00. He took a picture and asked what time I'd like to come in the next day and it would take 1 hour.Bottom line; I came by today at 2PM and an hour later and it looked great. I handed him $150.00 and he said he would not accept the money. The Ma's have a body shop and also a repair shop. THEY ARE LEGENDARY!!!!I've always done all my maintenance at Lexus. I'm now going to use ma's for all my Lexus needs.I'm 65 years old and can honestly say this was the best customer service experience I ever had.

I highly recommend Ma's auto body. Although a minor repair to my mom's front bumper of her Subaru, Dennis took the time to give me a thorough online estimate for repair, and his follow through with an appointment to repair was quick and easy. They did a fantastic job of replacing the front bumper, paint and realigning the electronics and at a reasonable price. 5 star business.

My 86 year old mother has been bringing her 1995 Toyota Corolla here for years! The owner and everyone who works with him are so kind and professional! They always take the time to explain everything that needs to be done to maintain her car which has 160,000 miles! Thank You for your kindness to my mom

I stopped by to check on a tire problem last week. I was told the tires are worn out and need to be replaced. I thought it will take a week or so to get the specific tires. But the tires arrived the very next morning and they were able to replace them right away! I'm so grateful that they actually called the tire company to expedite the process. Also, they honored the original quote even though the actual parts cost was higher. I really appreciate their honesty!!! Thank you and I will come back!
