Horribly run store and will never shop here again. The store is a total mess, the escalators are always broken and no employees on the floor to help customers. They leave one employee all by themselves with no help in a department and it causes long lines and messy fitting rooms.

Oh, Macy's what has happened to you? Too few employees to keep the store looking good. No one to offer help in the men's section. Not greeted by anyone on any of the floors we visited.

Jackie in the women's fragrance department is a gem! This Macy's has great brand and customer service representation with her for sure.
