really nice store but smaller then the san jose location went in looking for my favorite facial cleanser but it was out of stock!!!! Karina offered to ship it directly to me but im flying out of town they recommended a similar facial cleanser and showed me some items that i needed for a trip!!!!

My daughter had her birthday party here with 9 of her friends. The party host Jacob was absolutely amazing. Jacob ensured my daughter had the best experience possible and paid attention to the small things - I really appreciated this most of all. I would 100% book here again. All the girls were excited and had a fantastic time. Thank you, Jacob, for making this a birthday she won’t forget!

The worker covering a shift from Fisherman's Wharf location named Rey Rey was so nice. Greeted me right when I walked in, created conversation with me and gave suggestions. I've been to lush throughout the years and never experienced service like this. Rey Rey is the perfect example of great customer service.

Wish it had a bigger selection like most lush stores. I also realized I accidentally bought the wrong bath bomb cause the signs were in a weird order. So I didn’t notice till I was on the site looking up what the scent was again. But staff was very kind, not pushy like some bath stores. They welcomed me in and asked if I needed any help. I said no just browsing. They just told me about some new things since I mentioned I hadn’t been to a lush store in a while and let me know I could go to them if I had any questions or needed suggestions. Which was nice I don’t enjoy feeling followed or pushed to try things. They just pointed out one or two new things and let me browse. Due to the staff alone I’d comeback for sure

Stopped in after dinner and right before closing time, and the person working there was nothing but accommodating and welcoming. She took her time greeting everyone in our group and the others in the store and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. She explained each product and allowed us to make our own decisions if we liked it or not. That's big for me since I tend to lose interest easily once I feel pushed to buy things. Wished I got her name, but receipt lists employee 1011382. She was awesome.Lush has awesome products that's a given, but kudos to great customer service!

My friend and I came in here with her son. Trice was amazing and showed her son the different types of soaps. Trice and Keke were both amazing and answers all our questions of the eye pads and face masks. I am currently using the eye pads and love them! Thank you for the recommendations! See y'all soon!

Had the worst experience in this store. I had purchased some gifts over the holiday which I returned in the store with the receipt and instead of refund they charged me for the items that I had returned. Luckily I caught it in time from my bank statement and called the store to sort out the issue. I was told by the person who answered my phone that the manager was not in that day and they would need the manager to set it right and was assured that the manager would be available the next day. She also asked me to come to the store the next day. When I went back to the store the next day cancelling and rescheduling the meeting that I had that day ( since it was a working day and the person on the phone told me that the manager would be there only between 11am - 5pm I went there at 4pm. The lady who helped me refunded the amount that was charged to my account by mistake but did not refund the original amount due from the return and said she would not not be able to do it since the manager had to be there to do it and asked me to come to the store the next day. She also tells me that their system sometimes does this and that this has happened before. I am shocked at this point because they knew that this was happening and they did not bother correcting it. I had already come to the store 3 times for this simple return to happen. The next day I go to the store but the employee tells me that the manager was not in but he did correct the issue and issued me a refund. I had to go the store 4 times to sort out a simple return and buyers beware as they said " their system sometimes can double charge". Check your ban statement after you shop at LUSH. I had been a Lush customer for the past 8 years but I have completely lost trust in them. The manager Trish still not called me or reached out to me for the mistake on their part.
