After my third attempt giving this store a chance, the service at this location is outright horrendous. Every employee here seems to hate their job. I would rather make the drive to Burlingame or even Palo Alto than spend my time and money at this store run by children. Excellent customer service does not involve treating every customer like a thief or a nuisance. Asking for any kind of assistance from any employee felt like I was causing THEM an inconvenience.

Lululemon in general (not only this location) has the worst customer service of any store I've shopped at in recent memory. Clothing quality has also gone down significantly and the sizes are so inconsistent. Not worth the price or even half the price. I'll take my business elsewhere

Staff decided to close an hour early on a Friday night, last day I had to return something. They put a very official sign, hand written in marker on a piece of paper taped to the door.At 8:20 (supposed to be open to 9), an employee runs out of the store, buys food at the food court, then runs back in and locks the door behind her with several customers gathered outside. Crowded and manager sucks, was not helpful at all. . Don't recommend coming here. Also store is very small and limited stock , but plenty of food nearby !

San Mateo store.Very disappointed that they would not refund a purchase I made online. I told her to just throw the damn garment away then. I was going to make another purchase that was much more than the garment I was returning to the store. I even asked for store credit. All rejected. Well they have lost me as a customer, but I guess they don't care because they have customers lined up at the door.

Well there free tailor fits the adage "you get what you pay for." I purchased two pants because they altered the first pair too much. The second pair I confirmed I just wanted a smidgen off, 0.5" and what do I get back? 1.5" cut off. The photo is off both my pants. Both 33" waist, 34" length. Varun was such a helpful and end up with big sale. I was just browsing and he helped me figure size for my son . He was so helpful I will go back there soon again. He end up making me buy so many beautiful items sor my son. My son loved each attires I got.Thank you Varun

Best comer service especially Hannah is outstanding, very patience, kind, helpful and welcoming. Even though I live in SFO but I prefer and love to shope in Hillsdale. 5 stars and above.

It is so sad to see what this store has come to over the years. Their staff does not greet you when you come in the door. I waited 20 minutes before someone could help me and when I did ask for help, the girl helping me was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Her name was Ria or Rie or something like that? Honestly not sure and don't care either. But to be working at lululemon and not have a sense of urgency or a sense of hospitality goes against the culture and values of the company completely. Not to mention that the store looked ATROCIOUS. Maybe the minimum age to be hired at lululemon should be bumped up to 21-22 rather than these young 18 year old's fresh out of high school who are entitled and only working at the store for the discount. Do better.

My first time at this store location. No friendly service from employee at fitting rooms. I was waiting for a fitting room and she just stood there didn't ask me if I needed any help didn't take initiative to offer me a room. I asked her if she worked there. I was confused as to why she just kept looking at me without saying anything. She just said "yes". I asked her for a room and It was not busy she was just standing there avoiding me, bad vibes. Other stores I have been to have always been very friendly with offering me a room, offering to bring me different sizes for clothes I'm trying on. Came in to shop and I left without buying anything. This experience turned me off heavily I won't be returning

This store has a particularly friendly vibe, and of course, Lulu's is the best, and the apparel options are amazing ?. I had trouble with a previously purchased item and received the BEST customer service from the manager! I am grateful for his help, and he made my day! Every time I go, I always leave feeling better than when I got there! Thanks for the excellent customer service :)
