The San Mateo location takes walk-ins. The check-in process is smooth and efficient. And the staff are very friendly.

They don’t update the website and many people come from far away to be sent back home because they are appointment only. Very rude response by the person working there instead of apologizing.

Depersonalized health care. Before you go there, Make sure you have detailed Doctors test orders, including test codes. If not, you will be turned away. Even simple, standard blood tests require specific orders and codes.

I found the common problem of Labcorp is that the logistic is a mess. The people working there are nice but I can see that they are extremely busy with full stack tasks including registering, blood draw and all the other tests. The process is always very slow and inefficient for the patients. Even you have booked the appointment, you still need to wait for more than one hour. What's the point to book it other than walk-in?

Maria Dwyer was wonderful and very very professional. She took 15 vials using no pain at all and she was the very first doctor to EVER get blood from my arm instead of the painful hand and wrist. Ive had nothing but horrible experiences in the past from other places but this was the best and will be my go to place forever. I was super nervous and Maria knew how to keep me calm and relaxed!! She knows her stuff!! Also the woman at the front desk was wonderful too who took care of my check in work papers!! The staff is amazing here!! Big thanks for a great experience!

Concentration Master Shantideva Consider yourself the lowest among all those assembled. All sentient beings have been your mother in innumerable previous lifetimes. Highest yoga tantra. Om mani padme hum. And then visualize a Buddha on the top of your head. Tonglen. Lojong. Replacing oneself with others. Equanimity is the foundation for great compassion. Lovingkindness.

The place is the cleanest and most friendly Labcorp in the Peninsula. I’ve done blood test work for 10 minutes after checking in with my mobile. My physician is very professional and friendly.

Very friendly staff easy to work with without making you feel uncomfortable. But not easy to find the first time but once you know where it is there will be no problem. You do have to pay for garage parking.

They are closing at 2:30 pm not 3pm. I just went there 2:37, no luck. 2:30 pm was posted on the door.

I have done several walk-in lab tests here. Super easy to check in and the wait was luckily not long at all. The front desk lady is very helpful and nice, experienced in drawing bloom as well. Don't know why the reviews were so negative, I will definitely go to this LabCorp for any lab test in the future.

Taking off a star because the timing on their Google maps address is not correct. I’ve attached an image of when they’re actually open, I hope it helps. This was in August 2022.I got a few tests done here, and the service here has been great so far. There’s usually not a long wait, and they seem to know what they’re doing. I got my HPylori test done here sometime back and I was pretty satisfied. They accept walk-ins and appointments both. Parking isn’t too difficult to find nearby either.

Hours online was wrong. Went to drop off a sample on a Saturday afternoon and there was a note on the door saying they are closed. Waste of time and sample.

Phlebotomist expertly drew my blood. Came early for my appointment so left early. Excellent service.
